Worst part is the keyboard connection is not very strong, and it doesn't snap on like other standard keyboards for ipads. Leaves a good cm gap, and there is no other attachment. As a result this does not make for a very good travel case, it will easily get bumped off. 2nd really bad issue is the outside material is very hard and rough plastic with no inner lining protection. Definitely doesn't feel like a $100+ dollar case. Other thing is there is no thumb or indent to open up the back flap, so it can be a bit of a pain sometimes especially when the keyboard has no solid connection to hold it. One time the keyboard quit working while attached also.

I have had all of the Logitech cases and all are one piece and protect your ipad. This design is a huge miss. It makes your ipad very bulky, it keeps coming apart and you keep dropping your ipad or part of the case on the floor because of this design. Either the bottom or the top is always falling off. I would NOT buy this case it will frustrate you and will not protect your ipad.

I've owned my iPad Pro 10.5" for about a year and a quarter, and this case was the CAUSE of damage. Let me explain: for some reason, due to tolerances, the case was initially responsible for a bend in the iPad around the magnetic connector (the keyboard continued to attach and work properly, but the aluminum rear cover had definitely separated from the screen). But now - and this is why I'm upset - the case actually helped CAUSE a small crack in my screen (upper-right area near the power button - which depresses automatically, anyhow). And that small crack led to a complete shatter when I dropped the iPad about 10" onto a Formica table.

I bought this last week and took it back after 1 day. Easily the worst keyboard I've ever used on my iPad. I've just pre-ordered the Brydge 10.5. Wonderful design, light and just a delight to use. Can't wait until the Brydge 10.5 ships.

I ordered the case the moment bestbuy released it. I have a Logitech Creat for my iPad Pro 12.9 and love it this one on the other hand is horrible. Every time you disconnect the keyboard to reconnect it to the iPad you have to power off and on great concept but hobbies out come i am returning this over priced junk and going to look for something better.

Worst product ever. Contacted customer service to help resolve, and they were not helpful at all. Would never recommend this product to anyone.
