Sleek design provides protection. There's a spot to place the Apple pencil so you don't lose it. The keyboard comes in two sections so you can fold part of it back if you need the extra space. I was hesitant at first about the kickstand on the back, but it's pretty sturdy. You do have to be careful with it though because it could break if it falls in the wrong direction.
