Good Keyboard, quality hit or miss.

First one I bought, its keyboard didn’t work after first month. Got a replacement that was much better, but its magnetic case is weak. Hit or miss product, but a good keyboard and case if it works.

Great concept, poor execution

I also love the flexibility of being able to detach the keyboard from the iPad. Unfortunately some of my keys stopped working in the third week of use. Fortunately I had purchased the GeekSquad warranty and BestBuy gave me a new replacement. However they charged me again for the GeekSquad extended warranty on the replacement - which I don’t understand. If I bought the warranty and the product broke within the contract period (which is 2 years) why do I have to re-buy the warranty on the replacement? This almost sounds like a deductible.

Bad Quality - Consider a different cover

I was used to the keyboard/cover that I bought for a Surface tablet. It had a strong magnet to hold the two together. I could fold it back and it stayed connected to the tablet. This cover does not do that. The magnet is only strong enough to hold it in place while using it as a keyboard on a flat sturdy surface. The first time I tried to fold it back it came apart. Also, the portion that tablet fits into is coming apart. The rubber cover near where the pen holder is separating from the cover. I have ditched using the keyboard altogether. Consider a different, better cover.
