Owned it one month one day keys came loose left side of keyboard would work occasionally Bought another one hopefully it will last longer than a month

I really like the design, but the battery no longer is charging after only one month. I will be returning to store.

Key board works well. But the halves are joined by a magnetic connection so it separates when you open it

Thought I had to take it back as keys on left side: a. w e etc and space bar were not working. Let it sit for awhile and now seems to be working..

I recently recycled a Logitech Keyboard for an IPAD2 bought in 2012. If the new one lasts as long as the old one I will be happy. Some people complain of sticking keys. I have not experienced that yet but I have had the keyboard only about a month.

I’ve purchased this key combo case approximately 2 months ago. I seldomly use the key pad, but occasionally I would like too. Well after about 2 months, half of the keys have stopped working. Also, the design is poor. The keypad is connected via magnetic strip and will not fold all the way around without becoming detached. This is really inconvenient.

I bought this TV as and open box. All items were in the box as the sales person stated. TV was easy to setup and works perfectly. Sound is good but not great, did not expect great at this price. Would recommend for a bedroom or guest room.

I like the design but I have now had 4 of these cases and they all break after 6 months. No matter what you do or how well you take care of them. Logitech has replaced it for free each time I call but they break as if in schedule. While the guarantee is good, I am tired of calling and getting new covers. I just want something else at this point.

I was not a huge fan; the magnet slipped sometimes so I didn't feel like it was really protected.

Great keyboard that fits the iPad well. Was enjoying it until it stopped working 4 weeks ago.

In less than 5 months of light use and wear, many of the letters on the keyboard don’t work, including the space bar. The Apple Pencil holder could be better, too. It seems to slide one way or the other almost falling out of the holder at times while carrying. I do like the detachable keyboard and battery life of the keyboard.

I liked this keyboard case while it worked but a number of keys stopped working after two months of very occasional usage.

To pricey and the keyboard comes of to easy. Just not worth the money

Some problems with the hardware. This is the third time we have to go back to Best Buy to get replacement.

Do not buy.. looks good but cheap product and overpriced. This thing stopped working for me back in August of 2019. No physical or water damage. Always took proper care of it and unfortunately im unable to exchange or refund this.

Quit working as a keyboard, works great as a cover. I've had a logitech keyboard before that worked for years, so I thought it was a no-brainer going with this product. It worked for maybe a couple of months before it just flaked all the way out.

This thing stopped working the day after I got it. Took it back to Best Buy they stayed it was past the 14 days to return it so. I am now stuck with this expensive price of crap. I will no longer buy Logitech or shop at Best Buy!!

Worked well for about 6 months. Then, one by one, some of the keys failed to register. I plan on returning it!

The case looks really nice and the keyboard looks great too, but the keys have given out after 5 months of use. Looked at reviews too and now see others are having the same problem. Tried fixing it with Logitech but they just avoid trying to do anything with the warranty. Stay away from it because it’s just an overpriced nice looking case with useless keyboard.

Good design but questionable quality. After one month of use, the keyboard failed to consistently connect to my ipad and occasionally random keys would not respond/type. Currently obtaining a replacement through logitech on warranty, but i am 17th in line waiting for customer service. Pray for me.
