Junk; after about 8 months, hard to connect via Bluetooth and several of the letters don’t work

Do not purchase!!! Stay far away! Buy the zagg instead! I use an IPad for work and if this thing gets over room temp it stops working! And then keys will just randomly stop working rendering it useless! Tried 3 of them before going with the Zagg. Had the zagg almost 6 months now with absolutely 0 issues. Stay away from this one!

Broke after 1 and a half month of use. Tried to return it to bestbuy but it was past the return policy. Called Logitech for support, they replaced my item quickly but after 1 month the same thing started to happen. Keys won’t register even after power cycle.

Manufacturer needs to disclose up front that this is a “one and done” keyboard that can not be re-paired with an iPad after the iPad has been reset. Setting it up was easy but when their was a hardware problem with the iPad that required a soft reboot, it is impossible to pair the keyboard again. I took it back and Best Buy refunded my money.

Had to return it after less than nine days as some of the keys quit working. We will be returning the second one that was received on return of original as some keys have stopped working. This time I bought the warranty package so I guess we’ll have to keep returning them as they break since it will be under warranty.

Doesn’t stay connected at hinge. A strap is needed to secure it to iPad.

The keys stopped working a few months after purchasing this product, and I did not use it very often. After an online research of the issue, it seems to be a common issue for this product. I am now trying to resolve the issue with logitech. I will update once I receive an update from them.

I would say this keyboard is terrible. This is the second one I bought because the first one stopped functioning after a month or so. Some of the keys could not be typed out. Now it happens again to my second keyboard. This is frustrating considering the price of the keyboard!!!

I bought it for my daughter’s iPad as a birthday party, she was so happy and it stop working after 3 weeks. Best Buy refund policy is only 2 weeks, so I bought another one to replace it for my daughter and again it stop working, this time it happened after a month, so again Best Buy would not take it back

This was quite a disappointment for me. Half the keys don't want to work! Started typing and couldn't complete sentences. Have tried several times to resolve, but haven't been successful. And it's just such a pain to return something like this...especially now.

The cover/keyboard came apart too easily. It will be going back.

disappointed with it breaking so soon after purchase

Less than 2 months into use and the charging port is not working properly and the charging cable needs to be held and pressed hard for it to charge. Not going back to a Logitech product soon.

1st one I purchased lasted about 6 months, I purchased it again with geek squad thinking if it went I'd get a replacement. It worked for a week and they exchanged it with that one not even staying on more then 5-6 seconds. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE

This was great until I’d had it a couple of weeks when the left hand side of the keyboard only worked intermittently and the spacebar stopped working completely. It’s very disappointing for such an expensive case...don’t waste your money.

I’m very disappointed in this product. It is not worth the money. Trying to attach the keyboard to my iPad is like trying to climb up a greased tree. If they do manage to connect, as soon as I move just a little, they detach. Cassandra

I bought this as a last minute purchase on my way out to the fleet the next day. The keyboard was not an easy pairing experience, a bunch of the keys do not work and the iPad stand is too short! Do not waste your time or money on this product!!!

I do not recommend this product. The case does not snap on and stay on. It is flimsy and the keyboard is not comfortable. I replaced this with a Zagg case, which is more expensive but worth it.

Had this case for less than 2 months and the case is coming apart and keys have stopped working. I like the design of the case with the magnetically attached keyboard but the quality is terrible. Not what I expected from Logitech

If I could give this half a star I would. It won't stay connected between power cycles. When trying to re-pair it to the ipad you need to enter a code. But since it's not paired nothing happens when you try to enter it. Save your money.
