Many functions on the keypad does not work well. Manual not that helpful or user friendly. After using it for a few months, it does not work at all and don’t know how to troubleshoot because manual gives you no assistance

Several keys no longer work. The h-o-q-s keys no longer work. Adult owned and driven. I still have a folio from Zagg that I purchased for my iPad 4 that still works with my iPad 4. This one is garbage.

I couldn't figure out the directions to install it on the iPad. I tried everything I could think of, but it just didn't work for me. I decided to return it.

Had to exchange this TWICE! Keys would just randomly stop working. Not all of the keys just certain letters and symbols. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had to do an exchange because in less than a month is not working. Experienced problems of some letters not typing. Not a great quality and expensive. Original purchase date 9/05/19

Great purchase in the beginning. After less than 6 months and very rarely using several of the letter keys stopped working. I would not purchase again.

Keys stopped working on our 3rd keyboard in less than a month of purchases. I will be returning this item again! Awful! Thank goodness Best Buy has great customer service!!

Bought one and returned it because some keys stopped working. Second one is doing the same thing and can’t return it because it’s past the 14 day return.

This product doesn’t stay connected and some keys don’t work. I reconnect it and then other keys won’t work. I have so many issues with it constantly!

Just picked this bad boy this morning. PROS: -Backlit keyboard -Soft/fast key touch -Keyboard is detachable -Multiple viewing angles -Protective/durable case -Pen holder -Sleek look and feels good CONS: -A little bit pricey -I don’t like the button key at the bottom left corner (it pulls up a keyboard setting like the emoji or on-screen keyboard -Hot key limitations (I like doing ctrl + left + delete but doesn’t work, only CTRL + left highlights the previous sentence. -The kickstand on the back can be a little annoying to set up. Wish it was easier to open. -The keyboard hinge/magnet is not too strong so it could come off pretty easily. I was debating between this slim combo or the slim folio. The slim folio is $20 less, but I think spending for the extra $20 was worth it for this case. It has the backlit keys, it’s deattachable, and has more viewing angles, The only thing I kind of dislike, is the the keyboard has the keyboard setting at the bottom left. I don’t know if you can re-map it but I can find that it being a little awkward for some people. The keyboard feels great to type on, I had an amazon bluetooth keyboard case and I can definitely tell the difference/quality. It is expensive for a case, but I think you’ll get your money worth with the quality, functionality, and durability.

This is the worst device. I have bought this twice and same problem every time. They let’s stop working!! Do not buy. I wouldn’t even give it any starts!

With little use aside from it being used as a case the keyboard still managed to break. Still types, as long as I don't write anything with the letter P or L.

Broke after 3 months of minimum use called support they sent me a new one which also broke after 2 months.

Keys stopped working after having this product 3 days short of 3 months. Best Buy did nothing. Do not buy this keyboard it’s a waste of 100 plus dollars.

I can't pair this trash more with my devices olny after 3 weeks, half of keyboard button also didn't work. don't buy it. It's totlally tragedy.

I got this in September and it started to take a crap in December. The keyboard is completely unusable! Half a dozen keys don’t work now.

Use it in bed for research and it keeps coming apart (the keyboard and the top part that holds the iPad). Too much work and not worth the cost

I was not given the correct info when I bought this. Battery has to be changed every 3 months It keeps falling apart not very stable.

I bought this a little over a year ago and the device has completely stopped responding. Keyboard battery does not last long.

This keyboard lasted 3 months and was only used a couple of times a week. So not worth it. Had to buy a different one eventually.
