    Keys stop working

    I bought the slim combo for my iPad in March 2019 in August of 2019 some of the keys stopped working. According to the directions I was supposed to enter a series of numbers, well not all the number keys were working which made it very frustrating. After going through all the steps with Logitech they sent me a new key board. I though all was good well here we are in February 2020 and I am having the same issue with some keys not working. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I really liked this keyboard too bad it won't continue working correctly. It seems to only last five months, I would expect a longer lifespan.

    This product failed in 6 months. After 3 times contacting Logitech customer service, no resolution has been identified. Please do not purchase this product nor any other from Logitech due to a complete breach of promise of warranty, 1 year hardware, and not one bit of resolution from Logitech. If I am able to work through a solution, I will update this review.

    Some keys stop working just within 4 months of purchase. Fortunately it is still within the one year warrantee. It is great otherwise.

    This is the second time I will be exchanges this product and I am very disappointed. The first exchange was less than a month after my daughter began using it. Many of the keys didn't work. This time, she has had it for 5 weeks and is not working at all. The case itself is tough and durable but it's not helpful if you can't use it....

    Do not buy this. After a month of having it, some of the keys stopped working. I looked up reviews on apple.com and they ALL say the same thing. Waste of $119! Do not buy it seriously the keys will stop working and you only get a 15 day return limit so you won’t be able to return it.

    This would be a great keyboard case if it worked. After 2 months, multiple keys (a,c,f,1,3,8,9) stopped working for no apparent reason. I’ve tried everything to fix it, but nothing works. Currently trying to contact Logitech support, but without the Best Buy receipt, I’m not hopeful :(

    I returned this case twice because several keys did not work straight out of the box. The 3rd one worked great for about 2 months before the keys stopped working.

    Wow, first the keyboard, then the c, then the a and now the f. All don’t work. Only took 3 weeks to stop working... oops and only a 14 day return window...
