Does not work! Piece a junk! Your return policy is abysmal! A 30 day limit? Clearly, you don’t stand behind your product. Now I have to deal with Logitech. I should throw this in the e-recycle rather than deal with another bottom of barrel company.

Case is fine but the batteries didn’t last one month.

I cannot get it to pair with my iPad 10. I have tried several times. Will have to return.

Don’t bother. Bought this less than a year ago and the keyboard died. Going to see if Logitech will take it back.

Worked fine at first but about 2 weeks later the Bluetooth wasn’t working.

The battery life is marketed to last three years. Mine only lasted five months, and I barely use it.

Trying to pair the keyboard with the IPad. No instructions with the Slim Folio keyboard. Not user friendly.

cheap and clunky poor quality would recommend spending a little more to get higher quality

The Logitech Slim Folio Keyboard Case is a nice option for a keyboard case for your 10 gen iPad. Logitech continues to make pretty much the best iPad keyboards in my opinion. This particular model has its own battery and connects via bluetooth. You only have to set up the keyboard once, and every time you activate the keyboard afterward it will automatically connect. It's very convenient and works great. The case and keyboard are permanently attached, so you cannot remove the keyboard. I personally prefer removable keyboards, so if that is something you also prefer, you may want to find another option, as the keyboard does add quite a bit of heft. The build quality of the case are keyboard are top notch, as I've come to expect from Logitech. The case fits nice and snug and provides nice protection. And while the case is shut, the keyboard even protects the screen. The keyboard is nice to type on. I was able to comfortably type at my normal cadence with little to no typos, and it was quite comfortable to whole time. The case features a magnet to stay closed when not in use, and also a magnet at the top of the keyboard for when you open it up, the ipad and keyboard will just sort of snap into the appropriate position. This is also what activates and powers on the keyboard. Lastly, the case also features an Apple Pencil/Logitech Crayon/plain ol' pen holder, which is always a nice touch in a case. Overall I am very happy with the case. My one complaint is that the keyboard is not detachable, but Logitech does have other offerings if that is something you are looking for.

This is a nice keyboard to extend the use of your iPad, especially if you use the iPad for business. I much prefer flying with an iPad and a portable keyboard as opposed to a laptop because of the reduced weight in my carry on, but I'm always concerned about the safety of my device and the practicality of using a tablet for Microsoft Office applications. This case helps eliminate that worry and the keyboard allows me to easily create and navigate Word and Excel documents for work. It connects easily and the keyboard is comfortable to use despite its smaller size. It doesnt feel cramped and my typing is accurate. Keystroke travel is reasonable and gives decent feedback. Battery life is excellent. I took this on a four day work trip and used it several hours each day and didnt have to charge the battery. The case and keyboard both feel very well-made and durable. It seems like it will last despite being tossed in my luggage and dropped in bins at airport security. Overall, im very happy with this folio keyboard.

When I first received this case, I was impressed by the color. This case was more of jelly base vs a cloth cover which is nice if you just want to wipe it off. One of the things I noticed about the case was the easy set up. I did have a slight problem setting it up because my iPad was paired with another cover but once I unpaired it, the set up was simple. You just stick the ipad in the case, make sure your Bluetooth is on and it starts to pair, quite simple. The case offers two locked viewing angles, and it sits up with a magnetic strip so you can have hands free enjoyment at you fingertips without have ink to hold it up. One thing I noticed is that it slips down because the grooves are not very deep so if you bounce around your ipad screen will slip down, you have to kind of hold it. This ipad comes equipped with 2 batteries. I am not very fond of the batteries and the casing that the batteries sit in is very difficult to open. Other that these couple faults, I find this case to be very sturdy and it holds the ipad into place very well. I recommend this case.

Never a fan of folio cases due to the extra bulk and weight but does turn your iPad into a greater productivity tool. No backlight for the keyboard which is a big minus but probably one of the reason for the 2-3 year battery life. Overall weight and bulk is not overtly noticeable so plus. Overall cost is reasonable and protection factor is very good. Keyboard feels responsive and has excellent tactile feedback. The iOS dedicated keys is also a big plus. I like the pencil holder but wish it was in the interior and not on the outside where the loop holder can sometimes be in the way. As for battery life, I used fir a week and so far power still at 100 but as for 2-3 years, I think probable. I would sacrifice some battery longevity for a backlit keypad. I think for the increased protection, great keyboard feel, grip feel, battery longevity, snd the overall thickness/weight gain is not excessive but lack of the backlit keyboard takes full star off. The price is great especially with holiday sales so 4.5 stars

This is a great protective case, but the keyboard is even better. I love how it's a low-power device that doesn't use battery from the iPad. Not only that, the keyboard is top notch. The key action is almost identical to a full-size low-profile keyboard. The folio hard case fits the new iPad like a glove, and allows plenty of room for the iPad buttons, speakers, camera, microphones, and charging port. The material is hard but not slippery and seems like it would protect the iPad better than most all of the other polycarbonate hard cases. The clamshell type case stays closed, and aligns so the iPad screen shuts off, unlike many other iPad keyboard cases. the main upright position (landscape orientation) is a good angle that is great for movies and other apps that will operate well in landscape orientation. The keyboard is especially good for typing documents and doesn't seem to cause fatigue where others did. I like how flat the case and iPad sit when fully opened, and that it uses the screen interactive mode with no track pad. My wish list would be a way to have the keyboard backlit, but it's not a huge issue because the screen is close enough when propped up that it sheds enough light on the keyboard. Last, but not least, I'm undecided about the pencil/crayon elastic loop on the side (or top, depending on orientation) of the case. It holds the Apple Pencil well though, and seems fairly robust.

My favorite thing about this case is that it keeps the iPad protected from dings and scratches without adding bulk to the device. The material feels cool to the touch without feeling slippery. For those of us that are still addicted to a physical keyboard the spacing and size of the keys on the keyboard offer an excellent mobile typing experience even for people like me with big fingers. A bonus of this case is that it surrounds the camera on the iPad which makes the iPad flush, eliminating the annoying camera bump that causes the device to be uneven when the device is placed on a flat surface. There is just enough spacing with each of the openings for the iPads buttons that you can comfortably press everything if necessary but feel confident that shoving the iPad in your traveling bag isn’t going to accidentally press and hold any buttons. I tend to read in bed each night on the iPad, my back propped up on my headboard with my knees pulled close to my chest while the iPad rests on my knees. This case works well for that purpose with the kickstand providing enough flexibility to comfortable wrap over my knees for additional support. Overall this is just a great case that does everything the iPad can’t on its own. I recommend anyone with an iPad add it to their shopping cart.

It seems more and more when I'm dictating and say "Logitech" it comes out QUALITY. No wonder, really. The Logitech Slim Folio keyboard case is your answer to infinite flexibility with your iPad. The keyboard is elegant and efficient. The case folds perfectly to protect the screen and the keyboard. There's just enough grip in the surface material. I haven't opened my laptop in months. This keyboard and my iPad do everything.

The case fits perfectly, it is light considering it has a keyboard. The case just about doubles the thickness of the iPad. Being made of a smooth plastic, with the outside soft to the touch, cleaning it is easy. This makes it a great case to use in the kitchen, hobby room, or shop. The keyboard is permanently connected to the case with a semi-flexible plastic piece. They keyboard cannot be detached from the case as on other similar cases. I didn’t find a problem with this setup, even with the keyboard folded under and using it in tablet mode. There is a fabric loop on the top long edge to hold an Apple Pencil or larger Logitech Crayon. I have the crayon and it slips in securely. With a full-size responsive keyboard, the typing is typing reach is natural. Like a laptop, the keyboard lays flat, there is no ability to tilt the keyboard as on a desktop PC keyboard. The top row has shortcut keys for instant access to Home, Media controls, Search, and Siri, among others. The keyboard does not have a backlight, but uses Bluetooth LE instead of the new Smart Connector on the iPad 10th Gen. With no physical connection, 2 replaceable coin cell batteries are used to power the keyboards Bluetooth which are easily replaced. Logitech claims an impressive three-year battery life, so you may only need to do this once or twice during the lifespan of the iPad. After putting the case on and powering up the iPad, the case paired itself effortlessly and just worked as expected. There is no trackpad below the keyboard on this case as on some others. Going between typing and using the touchscreen instead of a touchpad takes some getting used to, but is doable, and sometimes preferable. The case makes use of the magnets in the iPad Smart Connector to securely hold the iPads bottom edge to the keyboard when typing. The iPad leans back at a 10-degree angle while typing. This angle works well at a typical desk height. The keyboard can be folded back under the iPad so you can use the iPad as tablet when needed, such as reading. However, the rear camera is blocked when in this mode. Flip the keyboard around to close the case and protect the iPad screen. The addition of a keyboard can be really useful when you need to be productive. This case is well made, light, easy to clean and has a responsive keyboard. Logitech has long been my go to for peripherals as they work well, are highly dependable, and always look/feel right.

Sometimes having a keyboard is more convenient, especially when using my iPad for school or work. While at school, I like to take notes on my iPad, which is why I needed a folio keyboard. Logitech, being a reputable brand, is definitely a top choice for me. When the opportunity came up to get my hands on the slim folio keyboard, I went for it. I have to say that Logitech never disappoints. Connection is like any other device. Once linked to your iPad, it’s smooth sailing from there. I really like that it is just a keyboard with this Logitech slim folio and no track pad. I’m already used to the touch screen, and it seems faster and more convenient this way. The keyboard is very responsive and feels good around my fingers. Another thing I really love is the compatibility with Logitech’s Crayon, which is what I use. Most other folio keyboards are designed around the Apple Pencil. The Logitech Slim Folio case has worked great. It has made taking notes and using my iPad for work so much better. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Really a neat compact and sturdy product. It makes use of iPad much more efficient. It fits well. Looks good. What else do you need?
