We contacted the manufacturer. We tried all of the steps they suggested, with no luck. They finally said they would send a new one. That was weeks ago. I'll believe it when I see it has arrived.

HOWEVER...the buttons were popping off the 1st one after three years of use....NOW the new one has already had one button pop off in the first 20 days. Disappointing!

Protects and has a keyboard

The case fits tightly over the iPad and offers protection. A minor complaint is that the on/off and volume buttons are recessed so deeply that they are hard to push. The stylus sleeve also works as a normal pen holder.

Battery doesn’t last

It lasted a 1 year and 7 months. A big disappointment because it was a good keyboard,

Posted .Hello, I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding the battery life. The 4 year battery life is rated on only 2 hours of use a day.
