    Combo case with keyboard is solid and folds multiple ways to either utilize the keyboard or just use the touch screen. Magnets position the screen into an angled position and allow you to activate the keyboard. Keyboard has excellent touch and feel,

    I purchased this for my daughter 2 years ago. It is missing several keys now. The case is sturdy and protects well but the keyboard design and durability is terrible.

    This lasted me exactly one year to the dayl it was somewhat expensive. I don’t feel I can spend $100 a year for an iPad keyboard. Time to get the old laptop out again. Get yourself a service protection plan on this one for more than a year.

    Great While it Lasts

    I purchased the same keyboard/case combo last August and it held up reasonably well, but the keys started falling off after right around 1 year of use- it was 5 in one week. I purchased the same item again on September 1, 2020 because there were not a lot of keyboard/case options for the 6th generation iPad. After less than 1 month of use, 3 of the keys have fallen off, and I'm sorry I got the same one. It's not cheap, and at this point, I've spent close to the cost of my iPad in keyboard/case combos. I suggest trying a different brand.

    I initially came into your store because my Logitech keyboard had a bulge in the upper left hand corner and I wanted to find out what was causing it. I was told that the battery had reached the end of its life and that it could have exploded (!!) Thus I purchased another Logitech keyboard and turned in the old keyboard to your recycling department. I later contacted Logitech about the issue and they said to send them a picture of the keyboard (too late) and that they would reimburse me for the cost of the keyboard. Why didn’t your sales rep suggest this solution to me??????????? I’m now out almost $100!!

    Failed just over 1 yr of use. Keys started typing more than 1 character. Purchased june of 23 un usable august of 24

    Larger than some and clunky. Bought it due to lower price than apple version. Durability is questionable. Keys will not stand up to heat as they popped off adjacent to hair dryer.

    Could not figure how to turn it on!

    Bought 2, and neither had the power light come on. Changed batteries and still no luck. Thought they must be defective and exchanged for 2 more. Tried to power on in the store the 2 new keyboards and no luck. 2 techs in the computer area could not figure out either. Returned both and ordered keyboards online from a different mfg.

    This was for my daughters iPad and while it was functional it didn’t last long before the return key and other keys started falling off and lost. Bad quality. Wouldn’t but again

    Love this keyboard case! Comes in handy when you need a keyboard and it can easily be tucked away if your looking to use it without a keyboard. It’s very very convenient.

    Love the bluetoothe connection, wish I could change the angle of the screen more when in use. Not sure I would pay full price...this was a special promotion with Ipad purchase.

    I have purchased my slim folio from Best Buy hoping that will last at least a year, and it has been only 5 months and it does not work anymore. Replaced the batteries CR2032 paired the slim folio to the tablet over and over and it keeps disconnecting.

    Keyboard error in less than 30 days

    This was a replacement iPad keyboard/case for one I had a Best Buy warranty on. Unfortunately in the first 3 weeks the 7/& key is sticking and only works after several attempts. This makes typing hidden passwords very difficult to key correctly. Although I paid less than full price because of the warranty, you would expect the keyboard to last longer than a month.

    Keyboard failed at 2 years

    Purchased this keyboard ~2 years ago. Today it stopped working entirely with no warning. Changed the batteries, zero response. Called Logitech who said that there's nothing that they can do and that I had taken all the right steps to try to address. So beware that this product will likely fail just past warranty date and you'll just be left with junk that you'll have to replace.

    I had used this at first on my dads iPad loved it finally had enough saved money for my own so excited and it never worked at all thought it was the batteries noop!!! I go to set up appointment for review geek squad they tell me it is a logic problem great can’t get intouch with at all about my defective product explaining I can’t threw away money just want one that works nothing so disappointed bad buy

    Not working! I have difficulties working with this since it keeps getting disconnected every 2-4 min! I had some miscellaneous brand from Amazon that worked for me for 2 years with no issues.
