Purchased on May 11th, 2019 keys popping off.

Best Buy only has a very limited amount of time for their return policy. I did not do anything to cause the keys to pop off. My ipad leads a very sheltered life. It lives in a bag. My suggestion: Save your money and buy a different one.

Quality questionable

Well, it just didn’t work......

Logitech had no phone contact available, and I wasn’t going to go buy new batteries for a brand new device, so I returned it. It was on sale, so I suspect came out of old inventory.

Keyboard is poor

It mentioned one year manufacturer warranty but no response from manufacturers. No help from Best Buy customer service even. I called to Best Buy customer service & they transfer call from one department to other. Very sad experience
