    I bought this keyboard to replace my old keyboard. This one did not work at all. I replaced this with another one that was exactly the same and it didn’t work either. I returned it and received a refund.

I'm not sure exactly what didn't work in this case, but I would make sure you have the correct model for you iPad model, we have a Slim Folio for the iPad 5th/6th Gen, another version for the iPad 7th/8th/9th Gen, and one for the iPad Air 3rd Gen as well. - Mathieu from Logitech

    I bought this item, then had to exchange it, as the first one didn't work. I attempted to use the 2nd one in a meeting once, but never was able to get it to work. Trying again today, HOPING it might give me SOMETHING! But NO! This was the biggest waste of 100 bucks! Ugg!

    Purchased for my daughters ipad. Worked great and no recharging batteries which is awesome. However on of the keys broke off in the first couple of weeks and there is no way to snap it back on. Probably going to try and get it fixed by logitech if they are willing to help.

    Never worked. Purchased three different times. Contacted Logitech and unfortunately no solution other than return to store. Sent videos and images to assist with issue spotting. Again, no solution.

    This product was purchased with the intent to be able to use the IPad as a laptop but turns out to be totally inadequate for the intended use. The structure is so flimsy that it must be used on a hard surface. There are better ones on the market for that.

    I got this for my 8 year old son. The s,y, z, a, and a few other keys don’t type out the intended letter. It’s very frustrating to hit a key and it’s not the right letter. I will take it back when I get a chance

    When I first brought it I was amazed but after two days I said two days it went out on me I spent 100 dollars and now I wanna return it it’s nit worth it don’t buy it beware

    I purchased and quickly returned, it fit my iPad but it did not hold or prop it up. I would suggest bringing your iPad to make sure it will fit and work for you. Because it would not prop up Bluetooth would not work either.

    It was hard to understand the instructions. A tech squad guy had to show me how and it took him several attempts. Armed with his instructions I tried it at home four times. The keyboard and my iPad never joined. Returned it.

    I bought this keyboard for my dad. He was happy with it until he realized all the symbols that are used by hitting the shift key are either not in the correct spot, or do not work at all.

    Case is nice but I had this keyboard for two days and one of the keys fell off. Was obvious this is a fault of the design after reading other reviews. Sent it back and got a Brydge keyboard.

    This product it not reliable. It looks fine at the beginning. However,it cannot connect to the Bluetooth keyboard anymore just after half a year. Besides, the glue on the side of the keyboard is loose.
