Can’t get it to work yet

Ok keyboard

Did not on my iPad. Total waste of my time.

Poor QC

Posted .I am so sorry to hear the folio did not work well with the iPad and the keys are coming off. That does not sound normal. Luckily it does come with a 1 year warranty so we can get that replaced for you. Posted .Hi Jenny, I'm sorry that the keyboard portion of the Slim Folio stopped working. This particular model uses two coin cell batteries for the keyboard, it is possible that those need to be replaced. The case is designed to have the iPad stand at one angle to prevent it from falling/slipping such as if it was placed in other areas of the case than the notch near the keys. I'm sorry that you didn't like the feel of the keys. I'm glad you were able to return the item. I hope you were able to get something more suitable for your needs with your iPad.
