Worked great until a few keys fell off the keyboard and I couldn’t get it replaced.

Fits in protective case but is not able to connect to keyboard.

Keycaps fall off ... cheap Chinese crap. Save yer money.

The item arrived with a dead battery and no charger. Complete waste of money.

The keyboard/case is great, but the online manual leaves out one important step to pair — it doesn’t mention to press the Enter key after entering digits from a pop up window to pair. It took me almost two hours doing different approaches and finally decided to press Enter after entering the digits — and then it paired. My previous, multi-configurable backlit keyboard/case is good, except the battery only holds under three hours. I decided this keyboard/case is a great trade-off due to having replaceable batteries. The fabric covering over the keyboard’s shell and iPad holder shell makes the device more secure when holding the iPad in tablet mode, especially when I pass it to my wife to read an email. This device is a little lighter than my other keyboard/case, which is needed for my 71 year-old arthritic hands. Even though the key spacing isn’t as a full-size keyboard, it does the job with proper key travel — and I am a touch typist for almost 60 years. Besides the pairing issue, I would have rated this an easy 5.

wouldn't hold bluetooth. Can't detach iPad from keyboard

Bought this keyboard at a 50% bundle discount to go along with an iPad 9.7". Case fits well. Pairing was straight-forward (easy). Be aware that you can't replace the battery on this unit. If you're trying to decide whether you'll be using the iPad + keyboard to replace a laptop, keep in mind the the keyboard is fit to match the dimensions of the iPad - in other words, don't fool yourself and believe you're going to be typing out long documents (if that's one of your main uses of the device) and expect comfort. The keyboard is excellent for short periods of time. Get yourself a full-size bluetooth keyboard to compliment the portability of this Logitech.

iPad does not recognize the keyboard, not functionality at all.

Bought this keyboard case in January 2019, when I got a new iPad compatible with the Apple Pencil. I wanted a case that would also hold the pencil handy as well as provide a convenient keyboard. This looked like the perfect solution. Over time, I find the keyboard functions perfectly and allows me to use my iPad in almost the same way as a laptop. Where it falls short is when I want to use my tablet as a notepad for handwritten notes, which is something I do often, hence the need for a pencil holder. There, the keyboard-cover becomes very cumbersome. There is really no convenient way to fold it back and comfortably hold the iPad. The only efficient way to work then is to have the keyboard and iPad lying flat on a table, like an open notebook. An other down side is the pencil holder loosens up over time and I am very concerned I may end up loosing the expensive Apple Pencil when it will fall off and I won’t notice. This aspect needs major improvement. Finally, using the tablet in portrait mode is very uncomfortable since, as mentioned earlier, there is no convenient way of folding back the keyboard. In summary, great if you want to use your tablet as a laptop, not so great if you want to use it as a... tablet!

I highly recommend this keyboard as an essential accessory to the iPad. It protects, keeps a low profile, connects seamlessly and has a long battery life.

We purchased this keyboard to replace a Zagg that did not hold up well to everyday use by a high school student. While the Zagg provides great protection the keyboard did not hold up. My son takes notes almost daily and quite honestly probably treats his iPad better than I treat mine. He likes the feel of the keys on the Logitech and the fact that it sinks automatically when the screen is raised. The Logitech also was significantly less expensive. It was also highly rated on a number of websites. Good value and quality.

I received this case for Christmas for my iPad 6th generation. This case is wonderful, the keyboard works great, very convenient. The case is really good looking, and has a secure holder for my Apple Pencil. The case is very sturdy, I can’t imagine a better fit. I wanted to be able to use my iPad like a laptop and this case makes it happen.

I love this keyboard. I purchased December 2018 with my 10.5 IPad. I can’t say enough about it. Turns your Ipad into a lightweight laptop. Setup is super simple. I had a key come off 11 months into my purchase & Logitech replaced my keyboard. Great product and company. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the ipad’s snug fit, easy-to-grip exterior, strong magnet to keep screen upright, and the keyboard’s automatic on/off feature. Glad it was still offered in my old iPad’s size. Found as an open box $65
