You have to go to you tube in order to get information on how this product works. I bought the extended warranty this time because they claim 4 months of battery life. You will never even get one. I’ll take it back each month and get another when they die. Logitech ipad keyboard products are great when new, but don’t last. Their customer service is a joke, you’ll talk to “Fred” or “Bobby” from India who will totally butcher your description of the problem and ask if you tried taking it out of the box. I have about 3 of these in a drawer with dead unchargable batteries that they will not warranty without jumping through a bunch of stupid hoops. I wish there was a better product out there other than the over priced Apple keyboard
