Keypad works as advertised. The Wi-Fi set-up was easy to mate the iPad to the keyboard. My only caution is that it is not “childproof” or “ruggedized” and is subject to damage. With that said, it works great but with this product I would recommend the purchase of the extended warranty for safety sake,

Logitech makes it nearly impossible to file a claim. They don’t stand behind the product. If it’s two months out of warranty and the keys have fallen off, too bad. Why should the keys fall off ever? Purchase something from a company that will stand behind their product .

The case protects my iPad very well, and syncs with no issues. However, some buttons like the @ symbol does not function when using the shift key. Maybe it's just this particular one. I will keep playing with it to see if I can find the problem, or it's going back.

I really like my keyboard and case. The only complaint I have is the keyboard is dark and does not have the light option.

Very well put together case/keyboard I love the design and the feature to add you apple pencil. The only flaws to me are that it isn't adjustable (viewing angle) and that the keyboard is kinda small which causes a lot of mistakes when typing for me. This although will adjust with more time using it. great overall keyboard.

Great case/keyboard for my iPad 9.7 inch. Bit on the pricey side, wish it had backlight for nighttime usage. So far its holding up pretty well. Very sleek, professional, and sturdy. I purchased this one because I own a lot of Logitech brand and they haven’t let me down. Would recommend.

this is my second version of this ipad. The keys began to fall off roughly after 2 years of use. This second one seems like it may be a little defective because the ipad sometimes stands at an angle, I think I am going to bring it into the store and see if I should get a replacement

I like the way this and the iPad work together, and is convenient when watching TV But there seems to be some sort of failure in the connections of the iPad and the keyboard don't always run together

Logitech produced an excellent slim folio keyboard for my 6th Gen, 9.7" iPad. Since getting the folio keyboard, I use my iPad for most all email and web activity (searching and purchasing) as it is very convenient . The folio is a nice cover to carry the iPad around. Well done, Logitech.

This is a great case for both protection and fit; however, the small size of the keyboard makes it difficult at times to type.

The keyboard is tight and is quality but the battery design of using a watch battery is not working. The batteries just do not last long enough. This is my third with this design as I use them for work, but now am looking for another choice.

The case is great but the functionality of the keyboard is to be desired for a long while after buying this product it took me a few days to connect this case just right for the IPAD to recognize the keyboard.

I love the keyboard itself, wonderful quality! However this case is just so thick! It takes your thin, portable, and lightweight device and doubles both the size and weight. If you don’t care about the extra bulk then this is for you!
