I bought this in February 2019 and I loved it. Until IOS13 came out and I found out I could finally add a mouse to iPad like I have been wanting to, However my excitement was short lived when I purchased an insignia mouse and found when i linked it to iPad the mouse worked great,,,,but it took out a handful of keys- Numbers and letters on the right side of my keyboard. So I figures maybe the mouse wasn’t compatible for some unknown reason and I returned it to purchase a Microsoft bluetooth mouse- which also worked great and I was even happier about its comfort in my hand compared to the prior mouse- however again it knocked out numbers and letters on my keyboard so that when i pressed the keypad, nothing happened. Once again I disconnected the mouse and the keyboard works perfectly just like with the last mouse (keyboard worked great after disconnecting first mouse too) So I called Logitech and all the support I can get is via email. So I emailed them my problem, proof of purchase, name and address to correct the problem and their answer was we see your proof of purchase but not your address. SO I emailed them again with my address again- plus included the prior email with the same information and now I hear nothing from them. I am not sure if this is a problem with my slimfolio or if this is a problem with the whole line of slimfolios. Logitech would not answer if the problem lies within their whole line of slimfolios or if it was an isolated event with my unit. Can ANYONE verify if their slimfolio does or does not work with Bluetooth mouse?? Although I loved this product up until i added a mouse, I can’t actually recommend it any longer since Logitech’s technical support is terrible.....to non existent and the product is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH A MOUSE!!! Due to this I would buy another case/keyboard combo. I have been trying to resolve this issue with LOGITECH for a week now. I am very disappointed in LOGITECH and will NO LONGER BE BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS.

I bought this for my wife to compliment her new iPad. She always wanted a keyboard instead of using the "keyboard"that was on the iPad. She has found it easy to use and has the feelof using a regular keyboard.

The case and keyboard is an excellent combination. Keyboard has an excellent smooth feel. The only thing lacking was good directions. Once everything was working via some trial and error, no more issues!

My wife got this with her iPad and she likes it a lot. The only thing she doesn’t like about it is that when you’re not using the keyboard and just using it as a case it’s heavy and doesn’t have something to keep it in place.

The Bluetooth connection is great. Don’t have to hit keys again to register. Not happy with the Spanish mode because I can’t get the accent marks over the characters. I have to use the American keyboard using the command key.

This is a great Keyboard and was an unbeatable deal at 50% off when bundled with an iPad. I like the fact the it runs on low power Bluetooth so no need for a separate charging cable. Great Feature.

My daughter uses this case for her iPad for school. Great case. It says holds charge for 3 years. I had to replace the battery about 1 year, simple to change battery.

We did not want to buy a laptop for middleschooler when he already has a nice iPad . This works perfectly so that he can ise it at school. Love the stylus holder on top.

Case adds considerable weight. However, the case overtime takes time to connect and the band attaching the Apple Pencil became looser over time.

Good keyboard. Fortunately I have bought the extended warranty on this as some of the keys come off. But connects to the iPad easily and has good battery life.

I have never had a folio case and purchased them for my daughters iPads and they absolutely love them! They are great looking, and function very well. Turns the iPad into a laptop computer in a sense.

My husband’s original Logitech keyboard broke. We were thrilled to be able to replace it. Very easy to set up.

I am really happy I purchased this Slim Folio keyboard for my 5th gen iPad. I find it works seamlessly so far and the response time is quick. No complaints here !

Extremely difficult to get started. Store charged me $40.00 to help and they had to call some one for help. Will not be buying anything in future!

The Slim Folio works fine and is good. The Slim Combo Keyboard Sucks - specific keys stopped working. All attempts at troubleshooting did not work. I am fighting with Logitech now for them honoring their warranty.

You get what you pay for, don’t settle for anything less.

Works great. Love that it stands firm. Only complaint I wish it was easier to hold onto when not in use. When I’m using the tablet in portrait vs landscape.

Nice thin, light keyboard with good response but lacks backlit keys which would be a great addition since it’s very difficult to see the keys in dark poor lighting conditions.

Works great. The other keyboard gave up working after 6 years of use.

Good cover. I wish keys were backlit for money spent on it. It provides nice protection for i-Pad. Easy to manipulate.
