The keyboard and connectivity are great. The balancing act of the iPad on the keyboard feels less sturdy than previous iterations.

There was only one employee who spent unnecessary time with the customer ahead of me as the employee allowed this customer to call THREE credit card companies to find out why his purchase was rejecting. It was NOT busy in the store. Another employee should have been called to take care of me or the man should have been asked to step aside to deal with his crit card problems. Facial masks were not being enforved. I saw two employees without them and about 4-5 customers.

I had one for the last iPad but when I purchased a new iPad I had to buy a new one. This one even has a place to slide a pen so it’s always there for me. I love it!

I love this keyboard. Types fast and keystrokes are easy. There is a delay when first attempting to use it after iPad is turned on, other than that it is all good.

Even though it took us 3 trips to Best Buy to get the right keyboard to fit my niece’s iPad the correct keyboard works just fine. My Niece loves it

I returned only because I needed a bigger screen, but I miss it. I like to have my keyboard at hand. The only issue was the angle of the screen couldn't be adjusted on this one.

This keyboard and case has turned to be awesome. It really surprised me. Connected quickly without a hiccup & haven't had a problem yet.

For the price it’s a good buy it took the times trying to connect iPad to the keyboard hard to take it to school tech department to get it to work other than that is what was needed

This folio cover offers great protection for my iPad and the keyboard works great!!!

Did not think I would like as much as older Logitech model, but it is easier to use, keyboard comes up faster and less risk of iPad separating from case.

Great on my iPad 6th gen. Really my only complaint is the magnetic spot where it hold you only have one option for screen placement.

The Folio is well constructed and the keyboard touch feels pretty good. It does add some weight but it seems it provides very good protection and durability.

When you want to use a keyboard it helps a lot. It makes me feel as though I have a laptop. The only things is that I wish it was bigger and had more buttons or a mouse.

It turns my iPad into a mini lap top. Great for me because I didn’t want to go out and by one. I use it to hold my iPad in place so I can watch Netflix in bed.

We had to go to best buy to get the pad to work...but it only took the Geek Squad 2 seconds to get it working. All good and loving it!

I use most all of the functions of this device and have been happy with every one. It sets up quickly and is sturdy. The added weight and bulk are negible.

Works perfectly. Very convenient and looks good. The light from the ipad makes up for lack of light on the keyboard if your brightness isn’t super low. Love it

Works as expected with very nice keystrokes. Turns my Ipad into a great working tool. However, design is not as sleek as Apple’s Smart Keyboard hence only 4 out of 5 stars.

I bought it for myself and my wife loved it so much she took it from me. Works great, better mechanically feel when typing, better the Apple keyboard.
