Here’s what to expect after about 6 months

This is what has happened in about 6 months (by the way, we bought two of these.) Immediately after purchase and setup, noticed that Bluetooth connection is slow. This is a constant. I was willing to live with this. After less than 3 months, the rubber strip that sits on the long side where the pen holder is came off on both units. These didn’t get heavy use either. Obviously, the fact that this happened on both at about the same time indicates a defect. Probably the adhesive used by Logitech. Then, most recently, one of the keys became unattached. Again, no heavy use AND this had happened on an older model but after about 2 years of use. Now, the warranty was still in effect so I contacted Logitech via email and they said they’d get right back to me after I sent photos and provided a description of the problem. After about a week, I got a response and they wanted to now more about the key and how it fell off. I couldn’t believe they were coming back after a week and needed any more info. The item was defective and they should’ve replaced it. After that, I was out of patience. I told them to forget it and sent them a couple of sites where they get an overall rating of 1 (google it, they have terrible customer service and they don’t care to do anything to improve it.) So, after spending thousands of dollars on Logitech products through the years, I’m taking my business elsewhere. Also note, I sent the email chain and links to sites mentioned above to their corporate office and got no response. Again, they simply don’t care.
