Keys Keep Popping Off - DO NOT BUY

Within days of gift, keys started popping off keyboard; keys cannot be reinstalled. I'm not even a month of opening the box but outside of return period for Best Buy and Logitech's warranty process is cumbersome at best. I regret this purchase. Very disappointed.

Posted .Hello. Allow me to apologize for the keys coming off of your new Slim Folio. This is not a common problem, but it does happen occasionally. Since you are still in the warranty period, I would encourage you to continue the warranty replacement process. Since it is so new, Best Buy might be able to do a direct exchange for you (since it is just outside of the Holiday return period, a manager could be able to push it through). Like I said, its not a common problem, so hopefully a new unit will alleviate any of the issues and fears with the Slim Folio.

Useless iPad keyboard

I can’t return it because I missed the fourteen day return policy. This product is useless to me. I should have opened the box and tried my iPad with it before purchasing it. The sales person said it would fit my I Pad.

Horrible product

Exercise in Fristration at Best Buy

Keyboard would not work. I am dreading the return because Best Buy’s customer service is nonexistent and the wait on line in the store is never less than 40 minutes.
