Staff was so helpful in helping me get the exact keyboard I was looking for. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They discussed the various options and warranty information available. The lightweight and flexible cover makes this keyboard so easy to use and easy to store away when not being used. I highly recommend this keyboard and am happy I bought it. Nice, neat keyboard and case for new ipad. No problem pairing, just make sure bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Works fine and I like it a lot. Travels well. Only have it a short time so hopefully nothing will go wrong. My only minor complaint is that it is kind of ugly. Wish it came in colors but all I could find was gray. My daughter gave me stickers to put on it.

I have a previous version of the Logitech keyboard case and it is a little nicer because you can magnetically disconnect the keyboard. With this version, the keyboard folds backward which is a little disappointing and that is why I only gave it 4 stars. Otherwise it is an excellent item to use with the IPad. I feel the quality of the keyboard is great and that is coming from someone who doesn’t like to use laptop keyboards.
