I bought the basic, eighth generation iPad and wanted a keyboard to type email messages. This Logitech keyboard case does the trick. The only complaint is that there is only a small square of information with pictures showing how to set up the keyboard with the IPad. The thing is, it does not mention that you need to open your iPad’s System folder, open your Bluetooth utility and link up the iPad and the keyboard. I learned that by watching a YouTube video. That’s a pretty basic thing that they should have included in the box. After I got it set up, I find the keyboard is very comfortable to use. There is a small battery compartment that has to be opened with a screwdriver or butter knife with two small batteries inside. So sometime in the future (a year?) I’ll need to replace the batteries. The Logitech case is $50 cheaper than the Apple keyboard and I think it’s thicker, but the keyboard seems to be well made and the whole thing really protects the iPad.

I’ve had this keyboard for a while. It works very well. Also, the positioning is wonderful. I dropped it a few months ago and the return key popped off and I could not get it back on. I would say that more of my fault because I accidentally dropped it other than that great product. I am still using it as a matter of fact that I’m using it now.

I love this iPad cover. It offers protection to the iPad and the keyboard is included. The keyboard will only work if the iPad is sitting on the Bluetooth mount. So you don’t have to worry about having the keyboard underneath the iPad and interfering with usage. The Pen holder on top is added bonus.

Good solid keyboard case. Keys have decent travel and click and the fit is snug and secure. Bluetooth pairing is easy. 2 minor complaints: when it is standing up in the case the stand behind it to support it while leaning isn’t super strong and I also wish this had a trackpad but that’s all. Good product

Perfect fit for my iPad and protects it much more than Apple’s case. It also hold my Apple Pencil securely.

This has an excellent feel like a rally good typewriter from the old days. The fit and toughness of the overall cover is great and looks good too. I should have done this long ago but was concerned about bulkiness. I had no need to worry about that. Fits great in my backpack and is not to heavy.

I rarely use my laptop. With a keyboard for the iPad, there just isn’t much need for it. This keyboard is well designed, easy to use, and pairs quickly and perfectly with the iPad. It also provides protection for the iPad.

This keyboard is awesome. It’s a responsive and agile accessory. The case protects it pretty well from drops on the desk and rough handling 11 year olds can exhibit. Does help make the idea of the iPad being a replacement for a laptop seem more realistic. Great product, Logitech at their finest.

This is so easy to use, feels very comfortable and easy to adapt to. I had one a couple years ago that I never remembered to charge and the way that this has a long use battery is phenomenal. I didn’t intend on spending this type of money on this item but I’m thrilled i did.

Typically Apple stylish with streamlined edges and curves. Easy to use because it lacks clunky intrusive Windows operating systems that constantly demand your attention (think downloads and unwanted apps).

Save yourself $60! I recently purchased an iPad (8th generation) and was leaning toward buying the apple keyboard. I went ahead and bought this because of the reviews and I do not regret one bit. This keyboard actually comes with the case and the pencil holder.

This is my second one. The first lasted at least four years of daily use. This new one has performed really well so far, and I’m happy with the purchase. This keyboard makes my iPod much easier to use, providing me a standard typing keyboard to use.

Its expensive though & useful. My child can work with his ipad comfortably by attaching to it. But one time he it dropped on floor while moving from one table to another & that is the time we realized the protector case from school was better, however it didn't have the key pad, in this scenario

This key board is perfect for iPads. It’s very easy to set up and the iPad is perfectly protected. Would recommend!

this keyboard case is terrific! It works perfectly with my new Apple Ipad (latest Model). Takes some getting used to, but now my fat fingers don't make so many mistakes. My only caveat is that the ipad can't be used in the vertical position.

THIS KEYBOARD WORKS WELL AND IS VERY EASY TO TYPE ON WITH THE APPLE IPAD. BETTER AND MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK THAN THE APPLE KEYBOARD WHICH IS OVERRATED AND OVER PRICED. NEVER NEEDS CHARGING AND IS WIRELESS. GOES FOR HOURS AS LONG AS YOU IPAD STAYS CHARGED.

Makes using my iPad even easier. Appreciate some of the keys not on a standard iPad keyboard. Good viewing angle. Only things to make it better would be to have back lit keys and a true delete button.

My iPad 7th Gen fits just fine and the magnetic clasp holds it tightly. when the case is closed the iPad is very protected. It is like having a tiny laptop, the keyboard is large enough to type on and the keys have a good feel to them. Happy with my purchase.

Outstanding case! I went to the store and tried 4 other cases and I picked Logitech. It has all the features I need. Easy to open, stays in lock position until you close it back. I like the keyboard, very easy to type.
