I have to say that even though these seem very functional, I lost keys on both very easily. Not sure if its the quality or the rough kids. Either way I expected a little more durability.

Battery didnt last 3 months!

My daughter was really enjoying the keyboard UNTIL not even a full 3 months in and apparently NOW I have to replace the battery completely!? I find that to be unacceptable, considering how they advertise that the battery could last up to 4 YEARS!! And what’s worse I can’t seem to even open the battery compartment to begin to change them! Help

Sturdy, but doesn’t work properly

Disappointing Results

It just would not pair to my iPad. And the instructions were vague like a two x two inch piece of paper!? Well needless to say I returned it for a different model which is excellent And connected fine.

it's ok

It feels flimsy and I'm always worried that it's going to split in two and tear. Would also be nice if you could rotate it.

Too good to be true

It kept on shifting and not staying open correctly so I returned it. Sorry I guess you get what you pay for

Too expensive!

Bluetooth keyboard

Like your Ex... it could've been better....

In a few months time it lost wireless connection to the Ipad completely and as far as the keyboard goes buttons were falling off with a simple touch but we kept it for protection of the Ipad... from there it really hasn't protected the Ipad at all and within a years time I have to now have the screen replaced. Not at all what you would expect for the cost of these tablet covers

It starts falling apart after two months of use and its very overpriced. The quality is not the best. Also after a month of use the keyboard will stop working. Also after a couple of weeks it will stop charging and their is nothing you can do to fix it. After two months I was basically just using is as a case protector only. I eventually returned it and since I had purchased the insurance for it they gave me a new one. I have had two of these keyboard cases and have had no luck with either one of them. They both stoped working after about two months of use. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing this keyboard case.

Posted .Hello Bart! Sorry to hear you had problems with your Slim Folio Keyboard for Apple iPad (7th, 8th & 9th Gen). I'm not sure exactly what started falling apart after 2 months of use in your specific case, but these Keyboard Cases are usually built to last a very long time, and they do come with a 1-year from Logitech should something go wrong with them. In regards to the keyboard stopping to work, I'd recommend doing a power cycle of your iPad (powering it on off and on again), that could fix the issue of the keyboard not being detected if that happens again. As for the Keyboard Case not charging, the Slim Folio doesn't need to be charged, it is instead powered by 2 replaceable coin cell batteries found at the top of the keyboard base, and they normally last up to 4 years on average. Hope these tips will help in case you experience any of the above issues again! - Mathieu from Logitech
