    No instructions how to pair with the new iPad 8. Had to find teach support online. For a product costing $100, that’s terrible!

    Extremely poor, sales agent has no clue of what we need and ordered a wrong item which we had to return and reorder from Amazon

    Overall not happy with the quality. Keys popping out and the setup is not as nice as similar keyboards I’ve seen since. It’s already at the recycler.

    Not so well made. The keyboard is made of flimsy materials and easily falls apart without effort. You’ll wake up the next day missing keys.

    Bought this 12/30/23. It never worked. Took it back to Best Buy in Greenville, NC Feb 4 (I don’t live in a town with a Best Buy) and the manager told me he wouldn’t do anything about it, and to call the manufacturer.

    The keyboard is bulky and feels cheap for the price. I returned it and purchased the Apple keyboard instead. Much better choice!

    If you're looking to get a protective case for your iPad and also do a lot of typing, mind as well get a case that comes with a keyboard. This Logitech Slim Folio Bluetooth keyboard/case offers solid all-around protection from drops, bumps and spills while adding laptop-like functionality to your beloved iPad. The keys are well spaced and decent travel for such a slim package, and are pretty quiet, not clicky. There is also a row of iOS shortcut keys at the top which comes in handy for apps with menus. The only thing that's missing is a touch-pad for laptop-mouse-like functionality, but that would be too much to ask for in such a small package. There is also a handy stylus holder at the top of the case for those of you who use an Apple Pencil. If you plan to use your iPad mostly for reading or in portrait mode, this keyboard and case can get in the way a bit. It will make it somewhat awkward to hold your iPad, since it adds some bulk and weight to it and does not fold completely flat behind the iPad, say like a Microsoft Surface keyboard does, but that's Apples to Oranges :-) From the moment you unpack this keyboard, you know it will be a quality product. It is well built, the materials used do not have a cheap feeling to it. Logitech products have always worked well for me and this one is no exception. The two button-cell batteries are supposed to last for about 4-years, in-part due to the smart/automatic power-off feature built-in to this keyboard and because it is not back-lit.

    It would be good if it could easily sink via Bluetooth. I bought 2 of these and neither worked. I checked online including the Logitech site and followed the instructions. Still didn’t work.

      Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the folio. I would advise deleting it from the iPads Bluetooth devices and then starting the pairing process all over again. Here are the instructions if needed: https://www.logitech.com/assets/65198/slim-folio.pdf. If that does not work, this does come with a 1 year warranty so we can get it replaced for you.     Characters type incorrectly after just one month.

    I loved this keyboard when I first purchased it, just one month ago. However, it is now switching the marks when I type any punctuation, or use the shift key for other characters. For instance, if I try to type a question mark, I get this _. If I want the and sign, I get this /. Trial and error is not a fun way to type.

      Hello Frustrating! I'm sorry to hear you're running into key issues with the Slim Folio! I would recommend trying to reset the keyboard. First go to Settings > Bluetooth on the iPad the keyboard is paired with and tap on the blue “i” next to your keyboard in the list of devices. Tap on “Forget This Device.” Next, turn the keyboard off, then back on. Press and release the Home (the key with the square on it, top row, all the way to the left) and O keys together twice. Next, press and release the Home (the key with the square on it, top row, all the way to the left) and B keys together twice. You’ll see the LED light on the keyboard blink orange very briefly. Now, turn your keyboard off and on again one more time and it will be reset and ready to pair again.To pair it with your iPad, open the Settings app on your iPad, tap on “Bluetooth” and tap on your Logitech Folio in the list of devices. If this doesn't work, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to start a warranty claim.     Good case but no without its drawbacks

    The case overall was great in concept but poor in execution. After owning it for several months now i realize it is just way way too heavy for any one handed reading etc even removing the keyboard. I knew from reviews going in that several people complained about the weight. Now i get it. The case overall is just way too heavy. I like the keyboard and track-pad at certain times but half the time the mouse circle disappears and you have to keep unattaching/reattaching the keyboard to the ipad. Not the end of world but for $100 i didn't expect to be doing that often. Some Pros: Keys are nice to type on imo, Cover does protect the ipad and fits firmly to the device. The Kickstand works really well and was well executed. When attached to ipad it doesn't appear to use much of the Ipads battery which was pleasant surprise. So if you are looking ONLY to use this like a laptop then i would say YES its a good buy. If you are looking to lay in bed and one hand read, watch video content, read some emails or have it mobile a lot i would look for something much thinner and lighter you will get annoyed and for 100 bucks nobody needs to be annoyed. Hope this helps.
