Good keyboard, clunky case

For it’s size, it’s actually pretty comfortable, and even with my larger than average hands, I was able to type comfortably and accurately for extended periods of time. It has a nice enough viewing angle, although is not adjustable. The keyboard shortcuts are nice, and while I haven’t had it long enough to test myself, the claimed battery life of 4 years is nice and will probably outlive the iPad itself. Which brings us to the downfalls of this case. It is a hefty little bugger. It’s like carrying around a small laptop instead of a tablet. As a case it’s just not very convenient. When you just want to use the iPad as an iPad without a keyboard, the keyboard just kind of gets in the way. And you cant hold it up for too long before your arm gets tired. If you think you wont be using the keyboard more than half the time, do yourself a favor and take a pass on this one. The keyboard is nice to have when you need it, but is a major nuisance when you don’t. Summary: Pros - Keyboard is comfortable, long battery life, easy to use Cons - Heavy, clunky, gets in the way when not using Whether or not you will like this case is entirely dependent on how often you will use the keyboard.

Return policy too short

The keyboard doesn’t work for my son’s game, which is what we wanted it for and now I’m stuck with it because I missed the shortest window I’ve ever heard of by 3 days (though I’m well within the 30 day window every other vendor uses).

Can I get a refund or a replacement?

After several attempts to pair the iPad and the mouse, the mouse still does not function, and your Genius Bar techi was of no help either. Please advise. The iPad itself works great.

Good keyboard, did not connect through Bluetooth

It was impossible to connect via Bluetooth, as the Bluetooth indicator light failed to indicate connection. I had to return it within one day, and (having other laptops and keyboard computers from Best Buy) decided not to get a replacement. First Best Buy Product which has disappointed me.

Delete key fell off

Wouldnt buy again

When you try to put@ you have to put shift+2 and it doesn't work i have to pull up the keyboard on screen because it is not able to . Even with good care, its very sensitive and key covers pop off very easily

Loose button.

The button kept falling off and id have to click it back on. I didn't notice one day when it came off again and was unable to find the button. Now my keyboard is missing a button.

Convenient

The case itself is fairly lightweight and not too bulky. It’s super easy to connect your iPad to the keyboard and begin typing. The front has a magnetic binder so it stays closed when not in use. It also has a magnetic area to prop your iPad up and use it like a laptop. My only dislike is that if I’m not using the keyboard feature, it’s a little bulky. Overall it provides great protection of the casing of your iPad to prevent any outer damage.
