Exactly What I Was Looking For
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great, lightweight, wireless keyboard case. Excellent fit and finish with a quality keyboard. Case can be positioned in 3 different modes: type mode, sketch mode, and read mode. Type mode locks the iPad into an upright, easy to type position. Sketch mode folds up so that you can access the pen holder and write/draw. In reading mode, the keyboard collapses back and you can use the iPad normally. Battery life is good and the keys are solid with decent travel. The rubberized case feels good and seems to prevent skidding while typing. The pen loop stores my Logitech Crayon – and probably any other comparably sized stylus. Overall use and setup were easy. Exactly what I was looking for in an iPad keyboard. No complaints here!

At the very least, email their customer service and let them know what happened. Worst keyboard

Not the best quality

Almost Perfect

Strong magnets to hold the iPad in place CON . Not backlit This is one of two similar Logitech keyboard cases that I own. The other is for my iPad 11 Pro. This is for the iPad 10.2, which I also own and share with my 10-year-old. They work mostly the same way. They both protect the iPad well and the battery seems to last for a very long time. It is very comfortable to use and makes the iPad act more like a small laptop. The keys are well spaced and not like some brands out there that make this type of keyboard feel more like a cheap toy and unpleasant to use. The penholder is not fancy but it does its job. My intent is not to compare with the iPad pro version but there is a difference that I need to point out. This model is not backlit. Therefore, it is challenging to work with it in total darkness. If it weren’t for this detail, I would have given it five stars. However, it probably allows the battery to last even longer. It uses a sensor that turns its power off when you’re not using it, which helps with the longevity of the replaceable battery. Slim is a relative term here. It does add some weight and volume but it is perfectly acceptable, especially when you compare it to some other brands in the market. Keep in mind that this is not just a keyboard. It is a full case with a strong magnet to keep the iPad in place while you are typing. Actually, one feature that I liked even better than the model for the iPad 11 pro was that the case keeps closed with the use of magnets, while the latter you need to remember to flip a magnetic “ear”. It is almost perfect and I would easily recommend it.

Dead after 8 months.

Posted .Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Slim Folio. I'm sorry to hear that your batteries have died after only 8 months. The Slim Folio uses 2 coin cell batteries (CR2032) and have an estimated life of 4 years with about 2 hours of use a day. Many factors can go into the life of these batteries. They are easy to replace. Simply remove the battery compartment (at the top left edge of the keyboard) and swap out the 2 CR2032 batteries. Useful and well priced keyboard

It makes the ipad heavier, but that also means it protects it very well and when I close it, the ipad goes to sleep automatically, which is very nice. A good value for the money.
