Product operates magnificently, I use the product for streaming movies and my previous model just wasn’t cutting it. This new to me Dell is all I need and functions with speed. Easy to set up with use of Kortana (not sure if that is spelled correctly) my wife was delighted and that makes me happy. Good delivery time with tracking communication and follow up. This is my first time using Best Buy Mobile shopping and it was a pleasure. I will do it again and again and again.. I think you get the point. Aces!!

The keyboard works well and types like a real keyboard, but the height of the case is a bit high and the volume keys are stiff.

I have had this less than a year and out of nowhere, random keys no longer work. I contacted Logitech support, we tried troubleshooting.... and because I can’t find the receipt, I am out $120 for this garbage keyboard. We have way too much paper clutter and I can’t keep track of every receipt in case something goes wrong. I wouldn’t need the receipt if there was a serial number on it, but it’s blank where the serial number should be. How does a serial number magically “rub off” in less than a year under normal use? I am very disappointed in Logitech for this.

Sturdy case and glad to have purchased it just based off of how well it protects my 2021 iPad Pro. The only gripe is the top keys seem to be off. Not just on this particular one but also another that we have for a 2018 iPad Pro. The special characters either don’t work or are off by a key or two. So we don’t bother to use them. Other than that solid case and great purchase. The keyboards need to be checked tho.

Configuration works nicely; problem was with setup. Had to go to You Tube for guidance due to vague instruction.

Not only is it protective but it’s extremely functional, I do wish the magnet was a little stronger on the stand.
