It’s an ok product but it messes up your iPad . I don’t care fit it. It works but it just not good

It was going good for a while but after about one year of constant use, a couple of the keys started to fall off, and there is nothing that can be done other then purchase another one. So not sure about its durability.

Sometimes connects... it’s a hit or miss when using this.. maybe I got a bad one...

This is a great keyboard. Easy to pair. The keys are raised enough for typing. I didn’t find that it was uncomfortable to use. The corners hug the iPad for a secure fit. It does add some weight as it’s not a basic case. It’s still slim enough to include a keyboard. The keys light up nice and bright. There is still an opening for the Apple Pencil to attach if you have the 2nd one. I recommend a screen protector as a just in case. Once the case is closed the keys are touching the screen. For me to make sure my iPad is protected all the way I put a screen protector on. The case charges with your iPad charger. I have used it for a few days and haven’t had to charge the case yet. I also have noticed when using the case that it doesn’t drain your iPad. This case is good for traveling with, I don’t see the need to use a laptop. This is better to purchase than the one Apple sells. Works just as good.

Good keyboard but i did not like that there was no trackpad

This was an exact replacement. The 1st one I had was great until I wore it out. This one is awful - has a mind of its own, it is awful. And it started after I was unable to return it.

Once connected to the iPad activating the increase/decrease sound buttons is impossible. Keyboard folio requires constant charging

Best Buy employee said this Logitech Slim Pro Keyboard Folio for Apple iPad Pro 12.9" (3rd & 4th Gen) would work with my 5th gen iPad Pro which it did until a few months ago when a key fell off of the keyboard - Logitech said even though it was still within the warranty period, it would not replace it because I was using it on the wrong device. 1. Don't rely on the BB employee guidance, 2. Be aware a key may fall off within the year even though you may treat your product with the best of care.

Ok after using this a while, I can honestly say I Not very happy. When I click on some of the buttons other letters or symbols are displayed on the screen and not the symbol or number I am selecting.

Great keyboard. Doesn’t last long at all. I’ve had it for 2 months and it broke already. Waste of my money.

It was just too bulky for me. Getting ipad in and out was hard, and I actually preferred also having a track pad with the magic keyboard

This does not work as designed or indicated. Yes it is a case but the keyboard is useless. The keyboard worked for about a week and stopped. At first I thought it needed to be charged but charging it didn’t work, I still have to type on the iPad screen. At a point I had to call my daughter whom I bought one for, she is in another state, and she told me straight, “mom, that thing does not work”. Please don’t buy.

If you're going to buy a keyboard for your iPad Pro, you might as well purchase the Magic Keyboard with Track Pad from Apple because this keyboard has way too many limitations

Returned the item for an Apple product. I had issues pairing it with the iPad which didn’t recognize it. Sales person wasn’t really helpful to start with.

I’ve owned the predecessor to this model for about a year and recently got sent the most current version to review for Bestbuy. The current Smart Keyboard Folio for 12.9-inch iPad Pro by Logitech appears to be identical except that it is certified to work with both the gen 3 and 4 versions of the iPad Pro 12.9 inch. Keeping in mind that I have owned the prior version for nearly a year, I think I can give an honest long-term review – Construction – high impact and soft touch plastic. Durable, rich feeling and solidly built. Top notch. Protects the iPad moderately with far more protection from the keyboard covering the screen when closed. Ergonomics – two positions in “laptop” mode. One that locks in solidly to a strong magnet and puts the screen to about a 60 degree angle. The second kind of rests on a pad adding about another 10 degrees. The case keyboard flips over so you can use it in tablet mode which can be used to lie flat or at an angle when viewing on a surface. There is a flap that covers the Apple Pencil so you do not have to rely on the magnetic holder. Very well thought out. Keyboard – I really like the keyboard, at least in terms of an iPad keyboard. Tactile response is excellent, travel is nearly as good as a standard laptop. Keep in mind that this is for a 12.9-inch screen so the keyboard is a bit cramped but totally usable. The keyboard is backlit. Battery life – Logitech claims that the battery will last 3 months. Mileage will vary greatly, more in the positive. I do not type every day on the keyboard and I’ve only recharged it once in over a year. You are reading that correctly, once in over a year. Now this is the prior version I am talking about but I doubt that there were any steps backward for the current version so I would think the current version has stellar battery life. I really like Logitech products, I always have. This keyboard is no different. You get as close as you can to a laptop experience. It takes some getting used to because of a lack of trackpad but this is an iPad after all – not a laptop. I really cannot find any functional cons of the keyboard. It is well thought out , had high build quality and the typing experience is excellent. The only detractor is the price, $200 is just too high as a base price and probably will scare away some people. When I purchased the prior version, I got it on sale for $160 and I sure you will see it on sale in that range. Frankly, if the base price was 20% less, Logitech Smart Keyboard Folio would have easily got 5 stars. At $200, I put it at 4 stars and still recommend it.

It’s good product other than the bottom rubber of the case bending when it’s getting closed. If it wasn’t for that part price was worth it.
