I had to return because product was incompatible with my iPad. But the credit was processed efficiently and timely.

Did not work (wouldn’t turn on, even after charging all day), and had to return. And so expensive at that.

Solid feeling, quality build. Keyboard function is good and responsive. light keystrokes with good spacing so you don't accidentally press the wrong key. The auto on lid works great and simplifies use for quick access. magnetic stand holds firm. The 4 year battery life is great, you don't need to charge this one every couple of weeks. So much easier to use then trying to type on screen. I use the stand feature a lot of the times alone to watch a video on my desk. A couple of misses is that it is heavy, with my ipad and keyboard together it is actually heavier then my LG gram laptop which is crazy. No keyboard backlight and only one viewing angle.

Bought this as a gift for my dad and ended up returning. The keys were stiff and too close together.

This case fits the iPad very well. It adds quite a bit of bulk, but it is worth it to have the real keyboard. The only issue I've seen it can frequently lose bluetooth connection. It is pretty easy to get re-connected, but can be a little frustrating. Protection seems pretty good for everyday use. The keyboard keys work well and makes it seem like your iPad is a mini laptop. I believe it is worth it if you need to do a lot of typing and do not always have access to a PC / laptop.

I've had several Logitech products throughout the years including iPad keyboards. After getting a new iPad Air device, I wanted to get a keyboard to enhance my use of it. More and more, I am using my iPad as my primary computing device. This Logitech keyboard allows me to use my iPad as my laptop. I love using it when I travel as there is never enough room to use my MacBook since there is no room left in airline seats. I can use my iPad as a computer, then read a book on my iPad - all in one device. Setup was easy. The keyboard connected immediately to my iPad. The case is very sturdy. It's heavier than past versions of the folio, but the outside case is "grippy", not slippery so it's easy to carry. This is a great add-on for your iPad.

I like the case and the keyboard functionality. Unfortunately the case makes the Ipad thick. It is akward if your using portrait only apps like Toon Blast. In the end if you type a lot it is helpful but I do not think it makes the Ipad more like a laptop as the box suggests.

I was very impressed out quick and easy this was to set up. The keyboard is very compatible and works great when traveling for work! Also, the case itself is very durable and requires no charging.

Typically I buy things for brand and capability, durability It doesn't even come up but in this case it did. Dropped soon as I got the case on and not a scratch. I didn't plan on product testing but since I did you all don't have to, just buy.

Purchased from BB in February 2020 and have used these Logitech keyboards for many years on different Apple iPads. Keyboard synched quickly and performed as expected but after several months the rubber strip on top of keyboard began to delaminate and fall off in pieces. Have contacted Logitech customer support (Denice) multiple times and provided proof of purchase, pictures etc. with no response after multiple attempts. very disappointing support and will not purchase from Logitech again.
