    Excellent way to avoid some repetitive stress injuries, and simply an excellent way to move the cursor around effortlessly. Rest your hand on it.... use either your right or your left hand (I use my left because of how nicely it sits to the left of the keyboard)... and just move your fingers.

    I Have This Same Logitech Trackman TrackBall Mouse For 2-Desktop And 1 Laptop Computers. I don't need a mouse pad it sits In one place and you use your fingers to scroll around your screen. I would like to have a wireless Trackball Mouse but the wired ones are fantastic.

    Logitech - Trackman Trackball Mouse - Silver is easy to get adjusted to. Only use your fingers, no wrist action. Once you start using this mouse you'll never want to use the regular kind.

    I like trackballs because I don't have a massive desk. I got this one for a golf game as it can be used by the hand instead of just the thumb and I get a better swing. Also good for my laptop so I can turn off touchpad which gets in my way when typing.

    U purchased this mouse since my hands were hurting from using the regular mouse. Dont regret it at all. It is really comfortable and the trackball is amazing. The help is great as well
