Works great while its working

Unfortunately BestBuy return/exchange is only good for 15 days. Got stuck using Logitechs customer service for warranty. Troubleshot keyboard over phone, try different USB cord to charge, oh we are closed on the weekends. Monday called back, "Keyboard still does not hold charge." Send us scan copy of receipt and personal information for your warranty work. It may take us 5 to 7 business days to process your information. That's were we are at today, waiting. I will be surprised if we have another keyboard within 30 days. Just something to think about when you purchase things at BestBuy, there may not be any customer service from BestBuy.
