Lasted less than a year and had to be replaced. Would not buy again.

I returned a previous keyboard for this model. It was much lighter and easier to use. Definitely a better purchase.

great keyboard. Finally I can take advantage of the ipad potential, especially when I am traveling for just few days leaving the laptop at home. I have big hands but the keyboard is easy to type on. The only flaw is the fact that you cannot adjust the inclination of the screen.

I really do love this keyboard case, so easy to use. Typing with this keyboard is very comfortable. It is not too heavy and other than the little piece of plastic that is suppose to hold the ipad into the case, breaking off and leaving your ipad to fall out, it is a great cover/keyboard. The first one I had, lasted less than two months, but Logitech support was great about it, they had a new one out to me immediately. The second one broke right after the warranty ran out. I love this keyboard so much, I just glue dotted my ipad into the case. After two years of that, it is just finely given up and it is starting to completely fall apart. I hate to say that I wouldn't recommend it, because I love it. I don't know how you can keep it from breaking, I didn't take my ipad out of the case. It has been a litle over three years, I haven't looked at the new ones, so I don't know if they have changed the plastic piece to be sturdier or not. I don't think I would recommend it for a teenager, at all. I'd recommend to a friend, only after I told them about my problem. After two years of tape and glue dots, this time I am going to try another brand, If I hate it, I can always come back to Logitech. :)

My parents purchased this case from Best Buy two years ago. I had this case for two years. The keyboard on this case is fantastic. I love how it works, types, functions, everything about it. The case however is problematic. First off, due to the keyboard being against the iPad when closed, my screen has small thin scratches going across. The next issue is the mechanism that holds the iPad in the case. Like nearly every reviewer on Amazon, that part of the case broke. It’s the part of the case on the left side that is just below the lock button. This broke as it did for almost every one else. It broke just a few days ago after two years of using it. I believe that that part is too short in length, creating a fragile part. Once it breaks the iPad will no longer stay in the case. This is a problematic design flaw that needs to be addressed and corrected. In the end I had to purchase a different case. In summary, the keyboard is wonderful, the case could have been fantastic but it’s not due to a fatal design flaw

I have used a couple of other keyboards for an iPad Mini and an iPad Air and Logitech makes the best one. The iPad holds firmly in place while upright for typing. It is a full-function keyboard and is very responsive. It paired quickly through Bluetooth. The iPad can be used upright for keyboarding or folded flat for reading or playing games. Very convenient.

I've purchased two of these recently. One is for my husband and one for my college graduate son. Magnets hold the cover shut and hold the iPad Air in place while typing. Very Good Magnets! This keyboard works seamlessly with the iPad Air. As the cover opens and the iPad Air is positioned for typing, the bluetooth keyboard instantly awakens and pairs with the iPad Air with no hesitation. The keyboard itself feels great while typing and this particular model has six rows of keys. The first row has the space bar, apple keys, dedicated cursor keys. The second row includes the cut, copy, and paste symbols on the letters x, c, v for those of us who can never remember our keyboard shortcuts. The remaining QWERTY keys are typical. The fifth and sixth rows are dedicated number keys (Hooray!) and music/video keys such as skip, volume up and down, pause, etc.. I love this keyboard cover!!

Bought this keyboard for my iPad Air for school and it's been wonderful! The keys are comfortable to type with good amount of travel. and the case itself isn't too bulky so it's a decent carry in the backpack. I got it mainly as a backup if my laptop ran out of battery and there weren't any outlets around then I can easily bust out the iPad and start typing notes!

Easy to work. Connects in seconds. Have no problems with this keyboard.

It's a shame that the clips which hold the keyboard in place are so flimsy. I have had two in less than six months and the same thing happened - first the clip on the left chipped, then the one on the right went. Believe me, I have been super careful with it this go round but now I'm done. The keyboard itself is great and I loved being able to fold it back, but once those clips start to chip off, the iPad slips out, and I'm not about to sacrifice my iPad for this keyboard!

Bought this last August 2014 but didn't start using it until January 2015. Now you have to understand that this case/ipad is always left on the table or counter and never tossed in a bag and taken anywhere. After 5 weeks of simply using, the bracket that holds the ipad broke off. Since there is a lack of brackets, there is nothing to hold the ipad in place. I purchased so long ago, i couldn't return it to the store so i had to call customer service. Luckily they came through for me. Logitech will be replacing the entire case by sometime next week. I just wonder if i ever do take this case and ipad out with me how will it actually hold up. After spending so much money on a case i don't think i would do it again. 5 weeks, with little use and the tab breaks off. As for the keyboard. i haven't even used it yet. I've gotten so used to the ipad keyboard i haven't found the need.

I bought this for my son who is really impressed with it. Great fit with an iPad Air.

I think I am going to like this keyboard/cover, but am not happy with Logitech. This is my first iPad keyboard. There were a few little diagrams of positions. But no start-up instructions, no explanation of keys that differ from other keyboards. I had to find a Youtube video. What insufferable arrogance on the part of Logitech!
