Looked at other keypads, this one had the best angle keypad to ipad. Key size is good as well as price.

Productivity is essential in today’s school and workplace environment. Lugging around a laptop to class or to meetings is not always practical, so many are turning to the iPad as a lightweight alternative. However, the iPad’s touchscreen is an ill-suited replacement to a full-functioning keyboard. The Logitech Type (+) Keyboard is great for students and professionals alike because it offers the functionality of a normal laptop keyboard in addition to serving as a protective case. I was skeptical at first to pay $70 for a keyboard; however, it has far surpassed any of my initial expectations. It comes in midnight navy, mars-red orange, and black for those who want a more conservative color. The outside is a tough plastic, making it resistant to any accidental bumps, spills, or scratches. Users need to take care when purchasing because the iPad Air and the iPad Air 2 are different sizes, so the clips will not fit the alternate model. The Logitech Type (+) Keyboard’s performance is comparable to that of a normal keyboard. There isn’t room for a number pad, which only becomes a problem when there is a lot of data entry. The keys are concave and responsive, making for a more natural feel. As with a regular laptop, the function keys at the top provide many useful shortcuts—like home, screen lock, web search, skip, and pause—that greatly improve user productivity. Also, users only need to remember to charge it once every three months. Charging can be done overnight and is as easy as plugging in a phone. While the Logitech Type (+) Keyboard exceeds expectations in almost every category, it does have several drawbacks. The clips that hold the iPad into place can break if it is removed too frequently or if the case is dropped. Also, the screen lock key is right above the delete key and is very easy to inadvertently hit. However, these design flaws aren’t drastic and can easily be avoided. In summary, the Logitech Type (+) Keyboard for the iPad Air is a wonderful choice for iPad users who are looking for a laptop replacement due to its durability, compactness, light weight, and dual purpose as a life-proof case.

Nice and thin, just what I was looking for. Works great.

This case holds only the top part of the iPad. So, the iPad keeps falling down often. The keyboard is not very comfortable, some keys are awkward to use. Returned the product.

The problem I have is iPad is always sliding out of frame and is always causing me to be aware so as to not Have the iPad fall out break.This Product is unsatisfactory.

Overall this is a good case/ keyboard, it is eayto pair and has a nice keyboard feel, only wish it would turn the ipad on and off when you open / closed the case.

I got it for my step dad and it worked well for him .

I returned this case and got the Zagg instead. The problem was that the keyboard layout was a little off. The home screen button is where the "1" should be.

This is my second logitech keyboard for the Ipad. The first one had a break occur in the plastic Ipad holder in the upper left hand corner, adjacent to the plastic power switch. I returned it to Best Buy for a replacement thinking that I had a product with a manufacturing defect. The same break occured in the exact same location on the replacement product. I'm disappointed. I've owned a lot of Logitech products and unfortunately this one does not live up to the reputation and quality of it's other products.
