The keyboard case is most definitely of high quality. The keyboards feel nice and are as comfortable as any laptop keyboards (except for the little inconveniences here and there, such as having "Tab" and the letter "Q" together, but otherwise fine for just typing). As a college student, it is very convenient to just place this on a desk and type away. However, the sturdiness of keeping the ipad up, when the keyboard is in use, isn't that great. The ipad falls onto the keyboard EVERYtime I use it. If i just slightly adjust the placement of my ipad it'll onto the keyboard. I wish the they had just put a little bump where the ipad should be held. That inconvenience is small, yet because it happens so frequently and the side of my ipad is scratched from falling, I gave it a three star.

I have had 3 of these cases, each one lasting a little under a year. I like using them because the keyboard works great, it's thin, portable, and aesthetically looks nice. I agree with other reviewers that the part that always breaks on me is the upper left corner, next to the power button. It just cracks so easily, especially with frequent use. Once it cracks, the ipad keeps sliding out, and you can't use the stand anymore. Other than that, I have no complaints.

At first, I was really pleased with this keyboard case. I owned the fabric skin folio for my previous iPad and have been a fan of logitech's keyboard covers. The case is light weight, great battery life, great case/protection, great keyboard layout and was well on it's way to live up to my expectations. Recently, when I holding my iPad and then it fell out from the two plastic hinges that hold it into place. I thought it was no big deal until I noticed that the left hinge, which is near the power button, was cracked. I then begin to notice how thin and flimsy the two hinges were. I did some research and noticed that other consumers were reporting the same problem. I'm fortunate that Best Buy was able to accept the return with no problems or issues and I decided to try out the Belkin Ultimate Keyboard Case. I hope Logitech looks into this issue and if they address it, I'll be willing to give it a second look. If you're thinking about buying this case, Logitech's box allows you to check out and feel the case. Check out the two hinges that hold the iPad Air in place.

Have had three of these (Logitech replaced one)...very handy and works well, unfortunately the small plastic corner clips that hold the iPad are very easily broken.

I've had this case for 9 months, and now the keyboard is useless because the plastic tabs that hold the iPad are broken. The case has been used gently, but the keyboard has a major design flaw in that it relies on the durability of the plastic tabs that hold the iPad in the case.

I've had this product for over a year now, haven't had any issues. It is sturdy, and the keyboard is easy to type with. Thankfully, I haven't had any problems with pieces breaking off like many of the reviews I read. The one problem I had recently was with pairing it to my iPad- the way to fix it is to hold the tiny button next to the charger port down while the Bluetooth is searching for the device. I thought I would need to purchase a new keyboard, but now it is good as new again! Very pleased with this product. :)

after a few months of normal use (the ipad doesn't leave home & no kids use it), one of the plastic holders snapped. now the ipad falls out, so the case is useless & can't be repaired.

The keyboard and the case is great. It is mostly stable but not as stable as the zagg keyboard case. The feature that turned me off the most about this case is that it doesn't recognize when the keyboard is hidden to utilize the virtual keyboard. With the fabricskin keyboard, it has the feature. Logitech told me that if I wanted to use the virtual keyboard with the ultrathin, I had to turn off the keyboard or turn off my bluetooth before using it. I do not feel that I should have to do that when I hide the physical keyboard. I paid the extra $20 (when it was on sale) for the fabricskin keyboard and I LOVE IT. I would recommend that one.

I use my iPad at work with children, this case broke near the area that holds the iPad in place and to turn the screen off. Now it will not hold my iPad and is useless. It was good until it broke.

My wife and I both bought this case. Within a month mine had broken by the power button, like many of the other people who reviewed this case. Within 3 months my wives had broken in the same spot. The case is great for protecting the iPad and I love the keyboard on it, my wife was getting used to it. Overall I give it 1 out of 5, because when we bought the cases they were over 100 bucks, for both of them to break is sad. I just wish I had a better alternative, and that I would have taken them back to the store.

This is the most dutiable keyboard around, the material that it is made out of, is waterproof, and sturdy. I have tried three other keyboards for the IPAD Air, and they all have not held up to this one.

I purchased this item for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves it.

I heard very good reviews about this case so i decided to buy it. I barely had it for 1 month before one of the little corner pieces that holds the ipad in place broke. The Ipad can no longer be held in place by the case, so the case is practically useless. I was not being rough on the case at all, I was just using it while playing a game and i noticed the ipad was slipping out, so i pushed it back in and the piece snapped right off. Disappointed :|

At first, I loved this product. Great look! Great battery life on keyboard. However, I've begun to notice that the hard plastic keyboard has scratched my iPad screen in several locations. This is extremely unacceptable. Also, the plastic piece covering the power switched has cracked. I know I'm not the only person with these issues.

I love this case. Unfortunately, the keyboard is the worst I have seen. They made the number keys very small and the alphabet keys very big. The positions are now off, so when you go to type it is very cumbersome and awkward. If you plan to use numbers, you will hit the wrong number 9 out of 10 times. They particularly placed the home button right above the Q so you go to strike 1, you end up closing down the application. To use the tab key or all caps you have to use a function key. If you are planning on using this to type, you will be extremely frustrated. The magnets on the case don't work correctly either to turn your iPad on and off. Good quality, but needs to go back to the design table. I will be returning this case.

The hinge on the left side where you turn on/off iPad keeps breaking even though I have tiny fingers and medium strength. Logitech has been good about replacing the defective unit(s) under warranty. However, both replacements have the same problem. The 3rd unit I just received, the hinge was already broken so quality control is lacking in the shipping department. I'm very disappointed in this Logitech product. This Ultrathin keypad has a serious design issue that can be remedied by redesiging the hinges.

Great iPad cover! The convenience of an external keyboard for when you want it and the ability to stand the iPad in "movie watching mode" when you don't.
