You actually can replace the batteries! Follow this link; https://support.logi.com/hc/en-001/articles/360024320453. The last set-up guide is English, where you will find a section on how to replace the batteries.

Our model-specific cases and folios are offer much better protection and connectivity, but in trying to make something "universal" unfortunately some models of tablets aren't going to fit quite right. Very Disappointed

The quality is not anywhere as good as my old one. I understand they are making these keyboards to fit several models of tablets. Because of that, the tablet slips out of the keyboard holders. Bad design..when you want to use the arrow back at the bottom of the tablet, the tab that the tablet sits in is in the way. Not happy with this...
