Posted .Hello, I am so sorry to hear you were not able to get the folio working. We do have a support page on the Logitech site in order to help with these issues if you ever run into more. This folio makes you enter a pin on it and then press enter in order to connect to the Bluetooth. Bluetooth disconnects

Here are some tips on connectivity:
The keyboard case links to your tablet using a Bluetooth connection. To use the keyboard, you must first pair it with your tablet.
The first time you turn on the keyboard it remains discoverable for 15 minutes. The status light blinks blue to indicate that the keyboard is discoverable and is ready to pair.
NOTE: If the status light turns red, you'll need to replace the batteries. See Universal Folio keyboard battery life and replacement for more information.
Here's how to pair your keyboard to your tablet device:
On your tablet:
Make sure that Bluetooth is on. Go to Settings > Bluetooth > ON.
In the Devices menu, select Universal Folio.
If your tablet prompts you for a PIN, use the keyboard to type it, not your tablet.
When the connection is successful, the status light on the keyboard turns blue and then turns off.
