After trying to pair for several hours I had to return it. I was very disappointed because it is such a nice keyboard!

This was a real problem on my old tablet, ask I couldn't feel the keys on the screen, so had to use the hunt-and-peck method. With this keyboard, I'm back in form, able to read and type at the same time. The only thing to note is that the keyboard sometimes pops up on the screen when I tap in a box where I'm going to type, so the first couple of keys I type on the keyboard might be missed, until the keyboard makes the Bluetooth connection.

Bluetooth keyboard

I does not securely hold the tablet, piece broke off and most of the time it does not seem to connect. I am actually quite disappointed but living so far away from a store am not sure what to do about this problem.

Little clunky for a cover

You have to take the tablet out of the cover to use the camera. I found myself taking the tablet out of the cover to use for most operations. Purchased another cover with the samsung name on it and love that one.

Holds the screen in place, but that is it.

No sooner does it start to work, then the blue tooth disconnects. Too bad since the buttons push nicely. The binder portion is too flexible; it could be more rigid. I was budget minded when I bought this. I have given up on using it any more.

Posted .Sorry to read you're having connectivity issues with your Universal Folio keyboard. You do have a 1 year limited warranty that comes with purchase that you can use to get a replacement sent to you.
