You do have a 1 year limited warranty that comes with purchase that can be used to have a replacement sent to you. The bracket that holds the tablet keeps breaking at the same point. Needs to be built better so that it can last longer.

Small screws holding it together came out of the plastic. It was literally falling apart.. Returned immediately for a different case and chose to purchase a separate Bluetooth keyboard that works with my tablet phone and TV

It also collapses quickly when moved. The keyboard sounds are fairly loud when typing in public. The case is slippery and doesn’t feel secure when using the elastic band to close it. I would not recommend.

Also says for 8" Kindle devices, 9.7" and 10.1" Samsung Tab devices. There is no way that anything less than 10" would securely stay attached. There are adjustable corner clips, but they don't adjust to hold a smaller device only larger.
