Even though i was at delivery location ( which is a business ) well before during and after time given as delivery. FedEx will not discuss issue with me because it is taken up with shipper. Best Buy has closed case. DO NOT DEPEND ON BEST BUY TO PROPERLY SHIP PRODUCT. My account is being charged regardless if i receive product. They as much accuse me of lying. Also you can not talk to anyone it is done thru chat. cant reciew oroduct since not received.

Only problem is that one of the satellites is weaker than the others

So much electronic feedback and I've tried everything, I've moved everything so far away from anything that could give it feedback, gave it a dedicated outlet like some people have said in the forums, everything!! They won't quit making a loud sound like when you plug into a guitar amp. Awful!

I've owned for over 2 years now and since the first month had problems with the speakers buzzing. If the controller is put a certain way it will blast static and buzzing through the speakers until you shut it off or twist the wires enough to stop it from happening. Tried to get help on this and got no where. The speakers have a permanent buzz and hum tried everything to fix. The major issue is the controller has to be positioned in a certain way or you can lose your ear drum from the blast of static and buzzing it throws off. Have had to twist the wires , tape them, fix the controller to a desk. I have it the controller strapped down and only turn it on and off and don't adjust anything that's the only way I can get them to work clearly without issues. I can't even adjust volume. I got these on sale but they still weren't "cheap" to act like this. Waste of money. Logitech products have been horrible in recent years.
