It varies greatly. My previous speakers did not vary. #2. The wires from the speakers are way too short. The previous speakers had twice as much length of wire.

I replaced it and the same issue. There’s no equalizer to adjust it and since it’s cinnectes to the speakers you can’t turn it off separately. Do not recommend. Definitely not worth $60

Also, they make noise even when they turned off but plugged in to the outlet.
