Posted .Hi, sorry to see you're having performance issues with your Z313 speaker system. You do have a 2 year limited warranty that can be claimed to get a replacement at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025070653-Warranty-Speaker-System-Z313. Hope that helps!

Do not buy

They only lasted two months before one of them failed. Best Buy wouldn't even exchange it out. Would not recommend unless you have money to burn

POOR CUST. RETURN SERVICE

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, I bought some Logitech speakers for my lap top computer.Used them for about 20 days.appears that the left speaker began fuzzing on me. sure enough, I got a bad speaker.What with the virus and such, I dealt with this issue in front of store.I was told that the store policy is 15 days, and that in all likely hood, I had "blown' the speaker.. Most people realize that the volume capability on a video on a computer is low, if not even audible, so there is not much of a chance that I "BLEW' this speaker.Anyhow they said it was a fifteen day policy and that I must take it up with Logitech... Good luck with that...So I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, I HAVE BOUGHT A HALF DOZEN $$$$$$$$ T.V....S AT SAID STORE, NOW I AM ON THE HOOK FOR A SET OF $35 DOLLAR SPEAKERS? REALLY? This happened on March 1st, my birthday...HAPPYBIRTHDAY FOLKS?

Didn't work out of box.

It was a great price, but when I plugged it into my computer, it didn't work. I tried it on my laptop and same thing. I returned it to the store and planned to exchange it, but they were sold out. I went with another Logitech model instead and I'm very happy with it. It doesn't have that extra surround sound box, but it still does the job!

Control sucks

With that said, I am very disapointed in these speakers. It looks slick and the inline control is nice, but there is no control for the bass. It is set before you plug it in and the only way to turn the bass down is by program on the computer. I bought this to hook my Samsung Tab A to and jam out in the shower. The bass is so bad you cant even hear the rest of the song.

Good For Starters, but has high failure rate

The first set lasted about 8 months, and this set lasted less than 1 month. As an engineer, I'm certain that the fault does not lie with other equipment I'm using; but instead with this series of speaker.
