After purchasing a slightly less expensive Insignia speaker set that failed after 24 hours, I picked these up. Overall good sound quality, though if you consider yourself an audiophile look elsewhere. Lows and highs are good and these are an excellent value for every day computer use.

These are perfect and at a great price for people who don't care about insane sound quality. The sound quality is still very good and you can't beat the price point.

I came into best buy honestly not really looking to purchase anything. Just passing the time while my girlfriend got her nails done. I was walking around and originally saw the speakers for an awesome price. I think I got them for $25-30. I got home and plugged them into my computer and immediately started testing them out. Music, movies, games, I threw everything at them. They all were perfect quality and sounded great. They can get pretty loud as well. Perfect for when I don't feel like having my headset on. Now the only reason I am not giving this product 5 stars that it is very close to deserving. Is because the volume controller is how do I say, out of sync? For example, it doesn't scale well if you turn it up via the computer volume and not the actual controller. I would turn it up a knotch or 2 and it would spike and blow my ears out. Quite an easy fix to it I found though. Now you can do it one of two ways. Just have one of the volumes up to max at all times, either the computer's or the speaker's. And what ever one is not turned up the whole way, is the one you use to change the volume to whatever you want. It is an AWESOME product and amazing for the price.

I picked up this product to replace an old Creative Inspire T100 speaker set because the left-channel speaker on the old set was starting to short out where it connected to the woofer. I was just looking for something for use with my desktop at home, that would be affordable and still sound ok. A Best Buy blue shirt hooked the demo model up to his phone's headphone jack so I could hear these for myself, and they seemed adequate there in the store. When I set them up at home, I was immediately blown away by how much of an upgrade they were compared to the old speaker set. Both are 2.1-channel systems with a powered subwoofer, but the sound difference is HUGE. These Logitech speakers produce a rich, full sound that's amazingly good, and the bass kick is so deep I had to get into my sound card's EQ and adjust things lest I disturb the neighbors. I wasn't even trying to upgrade my desktop audio - just replaced some old, damaged equipment - and I got a huge upgrade in the process for a very little bit of money (these were on sale when I got them).

Bought these to replace some old speakers. What a difference! The depth the base speaker provides is outstanding. They don't require a lot of room on a desk, and you can set the base anywhere. You can plug in a headset at the on/off/volume control, for private listening. Great sound at a low price. Would recommend these to anyone.

I bought this set with average expectations but was pleasantly surprised. I got it home, hooked it up, but no sound came out. Oh yeah, I needed to turn on the little control and dial up the volume. Stupid me. Once I turned my brain on, the sound came out loud and clear. This does get pretty loud if you want it to, but I don't really need that as I just use it to watch videos with audio and play music from my computer. This is perfect for personal spaces! I have had this speaker set for about 2 or 3 weeks and use it every day and no problems so far. I do wish it was wireless, but there's only a couple of cords, so once it is all hooked up, there's not really any issues.

Upgrade to my original inexpensive speakers. Base is incredible and ease of setup and use was surprisingly easy. Price was in the ballpark of other brands. I'm very pleased with the sound quality.

Logitech makes some good products and I've used many of them. I bought this speaker set because it sounded better that its price rivals. It does its job -- it provides audio for my videos and sound for my games. What's not to like? The speakers are small enough to fit easily on my desk and the bass box is not overly large. It has an inline black box with on/off switch, pilot light, head phone jack, and volume control. All of which I have no need for because it simply duplicates controls that I have on my computer. The speakers are plugged into the same power strip that turns on/off my entire computer system. If you like loud music, this little 25 watt unit might be a little on the light side for you. Also, the bass is a bit weak. One thing I'm somewhat weary about is the "screen door" weave on the speaker grills. If you live in a dusty environment, or with the passage of enough time (my last powered speakers lasted over 15 years), the dust build up behind the grills and on the speakers might be a problem. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase and have no problem recommending it with the caution to consider the comments I've made.

Working from home, your work space becomes your seat for entertainment also. Wanted additional speakers to enhance the experience when watching a TV show or a movie clip on YouTube. I looked at various products which were expensive and cheaper ones. Based on the reviews I saw on this product both at BestBuy and other sites decided to spend on this as I always have had good experience with Logitech products. The setup was so easy, hardly took me 10 minutes to setup. The cables are long enough to keep the speakers further away from the computer. The quality of the sound is very good and sharp. The sound quality is amazing, much better that what I expected for the cost I paid. Overall happy with the buy.

Great sound quality for such a small set of speakers. They may be a little bit too small, but they do sound great. The bass really kicks. The control pad makes it great as I don't need to have my speakers within reach to turn it on.

For the sale price this 2.1 was perfect. I has good bass and can fill a room with decent fidelity. Not a Bose, but attached to a sound source (TV or computer) it makes quite a difference.

Third set of these speakers I've purchased for family members. Great budget friendly speakers that have great sound and I love the volume wheel it gives you for easy volume control. In addition has a 3.5mm headphone jack for easy accessibility. Can't go wrong.

After using a Logitech - Z313 2.1 PC speaker set up for the last 12 years or so the volume control puck finally went too bad to recover or so I thought. Very little sound was coming out of the left speaker so I plugged my headphones into the jack on the puck and ordered a new Z313 2.1 and used the headphones for a day or so. When unplugged them I had full sound out of both speakers again. The control has worn over the years causing it to loose a little volume at the top range. For my use case I use a remote, the keyboard, or mouse to control my volume so the puck is mostly been used for the headphone jack or to power it on or off. It was never a real issue until last week. 12 or so years later I plugged in the new Logitech Z313 2.1 speaker setup I just bought and the sound is back to being full, crisp, and all the volume my small apartment can handle without getting me evicted.

I was a bit skeptical going in. I am modestly demanding when it comes to music and was concerned that for the price, these would not live up to my expectations. While I wanted the Klipsch speakers, they are a bit out of my budget. I bought these after listening to them in the store and took them home just to see how they sounded in a smaller environment. They actually sound pretty amazing for a small, single driver speaker. clear highs, recognizable mid-tones, and reasonably good bass for a sub $50 speaker. Make no mistake...these are NOT comparable to the Klipsch or Bose speakers, but they are also NOT $200 for the pair and a sub. I can easily listen to these for hours as I work on my iMac or around the house. And as a bonus, they look pretty good as well. Nicely done, Logitech.

For,the price, this is a great sounding system. The system recreates highs fairly well and offers more base than I expected for a smaller unit. I use this at work and had to lower the base levels to not impact other offices. Good system for the price.

I own a number of Logitech products and this, like the others, doesn't disappoint. I purchased these as a replacement to a pair of amplified Logitech 2 channel speakers that my son had. Don't let the size fool you. They are very solid and capable of reproducing a wide range of sounds. I'm pleasantly surprised at how crisp the highs are and how low the little subwoofer hits. Definitely worth the money and perfect for those looking for value. I'm no audio expert; however, I own a lot of audio equipment to compare this to (sound bars, 7.1 theatre room setup, full DJ setup (18's and 15's), Logitech Z-Cinema on my PC, and Kicker CVX 15's w/ Polk audio components in my truck. No regrets by far!
