Great customer service but product is lacking reliability

It was cheap and that's exactly what kind of sound I get, one speaker is even louder than the other and I can't adjust it, real garbage, which I would not have thought about Logitech.

Only complain is wires are longer than i needed them to be but that can be a plus to someone else

Best Buy had the item i wanted at a fair price. Smooth and successful purchase. Very silly for me to supply a 50 character review when much less typing is really required!

I am a closet DJ, and use Virtual DJ to create mixes for myself and friends. I was using a speaker set up without the sub, and always had issues determining the bass levels until after I was done and put the CD in my SUV. Wanted to buy something nice, but not needing to go all Bose, H&K, etc level. Just wanted to hear good sound. I researched a few places, and went to Best Buy to check out the demos. Let me tell you, I was happy with the demo, but when I brought it home, I was even happier. What a huge difference from what I had. The highs were sharper than some of the other ones priced from the $60-$80 range, and the mids came out strong. What impressed me the most was the bass. Being on my computer desk, I am able to really hear the different levels of bass. Obviously it will not compare to higher end uones (+$100), but for your money, it cannot be beat! So be realistic, you're not going to feel the bass hit you, but you will be able to hear the subtle levels of lows in a song. The volume knob and headphone plug ins are nice features, but really, I was amazed at how much quality you get for around $55. If you want to improve your existing set up, hear some more detail in the music you are playing, and don't want to spend a whole lot, then I wholeheartedly recommend this product. I just did a 6 hour mix and was amazed at how nice it sounded while mixing.

This product would not work for me after i pluged into the headphone jack, which the tech told me would work. They did well on the PC but it was a no go one the new 4k Sanyo TV

To much bass and no way to control the volume on just the bass. Volume control is just for the whole system. This unit is not good if you have a hearing loss.

HIGHS AND LOWS ARE GOOD BUT THE MIDS SUCK BUT THEY WERE CHEAP AND I KNEW WHAT I WAS GETTING INTO.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift but had to return it The sub-woofer did not work with my computer and the other two speakers really sound poor.

I thought it was going to be something different. I don’t like the sound. Should’ve had some type of remote. Just wasn’t satisfied.

Everything went well ording on and getting it delivered the same day.

The first purchase was bad out of the box. The sub was blown! I returned for a replacement and the new set will not balance out. Majority of the sound is all right channel. I'm thinking about upgrading to something else.

Subwoofer went belly up in about 6 months. Remainder of speakers still functioning well.

I was looking for speakers to use in college as well as at home use. I found these speakers for $39.99 in the store. When tested and compared to other speakers next to it, I found these sounded the best, apart from Bose speakers. With the price they listed and the quality of the sound test, also from friends recommendations to get Logitech, I decided to purchase these speakers. I just got home and set these up, which took from five to ten minutes, including unpacking time, and played them at full volume from my laptop. At full volume there was a slight bit of distortion but it was very loud. Otherwise they are perfect for any other volume. I recommend these speakers to anyone and everyone, except for people who want to use at very, very high volumes. They sound very nice and work very well. The only complaint I have is the power cord length, just like every other person's complaint. It is a bit short, but as suggested by a previous commenter, purchasing a five dollar extension cord is perfect. A side note for anyone who wants to go into the store and sample these speakers, or really all speakers; You should bring in an external device, such as an iPod or Laptop. They provide more volume than the system Best Buy uses. By doing this you will be able to correctly measure the volume range of the tested speaker system. I hope this is helpful for everyone.

I took them back, I should have spent more the first time in the store it would have saved me the trip back to purchase the better set.

Got these thinking they would provide at least a decent sound. I was disappointed also lasted only a few months before something started rattling.

Told the worker that I need speakers for a power point presentation, however at full volume could barley hear the presentation. 12 people in room. Not a good buy.

Cable connecting the speakers broke within a few months, still works but I gotta play with it a bit to make it work

Basic speakers. I thought after reading reviews these would be great but was disappointed. Volume does not get loud enough for my liking, the subwoofer is a joke. Get better sound from my Echo Dot (premium sound) device. I would spend a little extra and get something better.
