This is my second "mini home theater in a box" from Logitech, with its two speakers plus subwoofer. It's a basic set but it sounds great and is very easy to set up, too. The MSRP is fair, but I got in on sale so I'm even more happy. If you can pick this up under a hundred bucks it's a must buy. Perfect for a bedroom, computer, or office.

I wanted to get some speakers for my MAC and decided that these were what I was looking for. Easy to connect and sound super great. Love the bass sound the woofer puts out. My wife even likes the sound. Highly recommend them to anyone needing speakers that do not cost and arm and a leg.

These speakers are amazing for PCs. Connects directly to your PC with an aux and gives loud sound for $100. The subwoofer is a nice addition and gives you that extra feeling when listening to music, especially songs with more bass. Definitely worth the $100. I haven’t used the various ports as I only needed it for my PC. Once again, definitely worth the $100. They pack quite the bang.

Whether you are listening to music, gaming, or watching a movie the sound is always crisp and clear. There is no distortion of bass and the treble. We use these for movies and I always have had the issue of when they play the mood music you tend to miss out of the actors speaking and these allow for hearing both in a clear way.

Originally going into the store I was going there for the speaker set one step down. However it was a happy accident that they sold the last one as I got there. These were on sale and boy oh boy.... Soooo worth it. The speaker quality is amazing! The adjustable bass is too notch. Every sound is rich and full! I must say for just some external speakers this are very much worth it

Got these on a recommendation from the sales associate in store. Much less expensive then the entry level Bose speakers (of which he said did not have much base since there is not a sub-woofer with that package), with great sound and nice sub-woofer to go along with it. Sounds great with my music, etc on my PC. Would highly recommend.

No installation instructions included: just a picture on the box. The volume is controlled by a separate box with a rotary knob that feels high quality. Volume is louder that anyone could want. Bass is very powerful and is separately adjustable on the volume box . Overall a huge upgrade from my previous standalone speakers both in total volume and in bass sound production,

Changed to this from another older and smaller logitec speakers, they still sounded good but I wanted to upgrade and not break the bank. Excelent option for under $100, clear powerful sound with power on, bass & volume control on the remote dial. Medium sized speakers do not take much space on a desk...100% recomended!!

For the cost of this speaker system, the sound is absolutely wonderful. Now it's not a high end system, but certain aspects of the sound quality would have you thinking otherwise. It is not blue tooth, but for the price, one wouldn't expect the quality of sound with bluetooth capability, at least not yet. Not one regret.

I was looking for some extra volume for my iMac. I decided to give these a try and I was pleasantly surprised. These speakers will get LOUD, if that is what you want. I was just looking for some extra volume while watching Netflix and listening to iTunes and this was more than suffice. The volume is easy to turn up and down and has a headphone jack and a aux port right where you control the volume…not hidden the back of a speaker!!! I am definitely recommending this to my friends!!

I love these speakers. The only complaint is the knob to adjust the bass and sound is kind of awkward, but that's more of a nit picky thing. The sound is great with every type of music that I've listened to so far (I have these connected to a turntable). The bass is adjustable and the whole setup gets way louder than I expected. I love these and would recommend for sure.

Speakers are very nice! Great for my setup. They can get really loud, and I like how you can control the bass with a little slider. When turned up a bit there was a little bit of buzzing coming from the speakers when nothing was playing, but it’s nothing to make me unhappy with the product. :)

I love it The speaker sound really nice and sub sounds good as well not to many wires. But one thing i have problem with the system is wire from speaker to sub is slightly short other then that its not bad sound system.

Very good tone quality in a classroom setting. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no issues with the mid range tones as the left and right speakers are mostly high frequencies and a little harsh. The sub filled in completely.

The acoustic energy that his unit can handle seems quite sufficient for a small office or bedroom but will not fill a larger den or library room. The centerpiece of this system is it's clarity, especially in the lower mid-range frequencies handled by the twin side speakers. A rotary volume control/headphone-jack is also a nice touch.

I purchased this speaker set after reading and watching many reviews on different versions of the same Logitech line. The z533 sounds pretty good for playing games and listening to music. I am not much of a sound expert, so I don't know if they are good enough for professional use, but definitely worth it for a casual user. The sound knob controller is pretty handy for adjusting the volume. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I've setup countless PC speaker systems over the last several decades (yeah, I'm older). These are nice looking, affordable units from a trusted manufacturer that look great on my daughters school/fun computer desk. The install was easy and straight forward - just plug in and go. They sound good right out of the box and expect this to improve after they break in. Note to those who are new to speaker technology: well-made speakers always have a break-in period where the cone material becomes more flexible after several hours of use. Initially the tone can be harsh with too many highs, but because more full spectrum as the speaker cones move. The more high-end the speaker brand, the greater the difference you'll hear between initial power-up and a fully broken-in speaker, so always give them time. The reason for four stars: As mentioned in other reviews, the volume output seems low considering the speaker size, and they're a little under-powered; loud enough for a desktop PC but if you're seeking something for the entire room, you'll want to look for something with more wattage/power and larger cones. Also, the on-off switch / volume controller didn't turn well at first and seemed to spin backwards, almost like it's spring loaded. It has improved with some use but only time will tell if it lasts. Final result: for the money, you definitely can't go wrong and no regrets here.
