first product was defectice, replacement worked

What a bummer! I then went to the local Best Buy store and exchanged the system for one that turned out to work. Overall I am pretty happy with the system. Had the system worked the first time, I would have given it a rating of Excellent.

If a wire goes up you do not need to replace whole unit. Also one speaker is not attached to the other like in previous 2.1 PC systems I have had.

What I expected for the price...

The speakers and sub are decent quality but having my pc volume set to max with the volume dial turned about 80% barely matches my phone speaker. Good first buy if you want something that works for a moderate price
