This set of speakers sounds great!! I bought them while they were on sale at BB and so were an even greater value. Even at their full price they are worth it though, so if you are thinking about buying them, do not hesitate, you will be satisfied. I have many various speaker setups around my house including Bose 2.0, the Klipsch 2.1, Harmon Kardon 2.1, etc and these are one of the better sounding speakers out of those. The cords connecting the two speakers and the cord from the speaker to the sub could always be longer, but for most setups, it works just fine. I listen to mostly music with these, but the few movies on my computer I have watched also did not disappoint.

I had to replace my Klipsch Promedia 4.1 after 18 years and I chose these over the Promedia 2.1 because one of issues with the Klipsch is that it uses cheap speaker wire connections which offers poor connection especially if you so much as touch it. The Logitech uses more durable 3.5mm audio jack for left speaker and VGA type jack for right speaker into the subwoofer and I think that will last longer. Bass is more than enough for my needs, although the mids and treble are kinda washed out. So the Klipsch definitely sounds better overall, but the Logitech isn't far behind. My advice is to use or download an equilizer software to fine tune the audio to your liking. Bottom line : the Z623 is probably the best bang for the buck under $150 computer speakers you'll find, and with some minor tweaking they can sound great.

The speakers are great. They are easy to setup and use. The sound that come from them are powerful and clear. The subwoofer if positioned where it should is quite powerful, as well. It is becoming my go to listening setup. Its great for playing fps games.

I'm a big fan of most of the logitech speakers. I have the Z906 but needed something for my projector for some outdoorsy stuff. This 2.1 setup is very nice. It has a very crispy sound and some punchy bass. I currently have them setup as external speakers on my TV / PS4 setup and they can get a bit loud and I haven't even had them half way up . I did my reviews before purchasing and very very happy with the results! I would even say they might be a bit cleaner than the Z906 series but of course those are 5.1

The sound is clear with a powerful bass. The price is good for the quality of these speakers. Excellent reproduction of silence.

I replaced the Klipsch Promedia 2.1 that I used for two years. The sub quit on the Klipsch, I did not want to replace with a product that failed that quick. That is how I decided on the Logitech. Since I have used both I will compare. The Klipsch is better and more precise at the high end but not by much. The Logitech produces a better sound stage. I like the sub and where it crosses over on the Logitech. I will end by saying I have listened to high end speakers since the mid 70's. I own a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls purchased in the 80's. In short I have a good ear.

Needed new PC speakers. I'm a professional musician, I like a full balanced sound. These speakers give a nice deep bottom end and the mid and highs are balanced. Also powerful and can get loud without distortion or losing balance. For this price I think a very good deal.

I checked out all the available desktop speakers on the Best Buy site, and the THX rating stuck out for this one. I wasn't in to getting a full surround-type speaker system since this was for my home office. But I did want high quality speakers with a subwoofer that provided a clear range. THIS IS IT!!! After the simple connection, I listened to a variety of music immediately and was impressed with how much more I was hearing compared to my previous set. If you are into a simple system but are looking for a complex sound, this is the perfect combination. Highly recommended.

Got mine when they were going for about $99. I’m no audiophile but with games, music, and movies, these speakers sound amazing. Don’t get to use them to their full potential unfortunately because of inconveniencing our neighbors. Pairs well with conputers and 40 inch plus TVs. It will be overkill if you’re looking to fill a small office…but better to go in completey satisfied than to have buyer’s remorse. Would recommend to a family or friend.

Had an older set of less expensive speakers and decided to give these a try as a much needed upgrade. Well worth the money, sound fantastic! 8 months so far and no issues at all. Plenty of treble and bass. I think the speakers even look good once you get them set up. Have been quite impressed with these since day one. On here again debating on getting some for work but probably won’t as I wouldn’t get to use them to the extreme I would like, being an office setting. Don’t think think my coworkers would appreciate it sounding like there is a concert going on all the time

I have a crack going down the center of my ceiling due to the house settling strange. One day blasting music not noticing this crack is dropping debris right behind me. Jamming while working, eventually it drops a giant chunk of the ceiling off and makes a bit of a louder sound. Turn around to see a pile of white and brown debris. The speakers are fantastic. Very powerful and crystal clear sound, but don't use them if your house is broken.

These speakers are a great fit for my office. I like the sleek style and the sound is great! These speakers are a great value for the money. I'm super happy to have bought them.

They are ok but cheaper options sound similar. Good surround sound just cheaper options that are almost as good. Could be louder with deeper more crisp base for 200 bucks. If you get them wait on a sale or trade in a pc item to get 20% off. Should be closer to the 150 range 200 is kind of pushing it. There are other options in this range.

I have had Logitech speakers for years now, and I purchased this pair to replace a 5.1 set that I had purchased, and this is the absolute best set I have ever used. They get nice and loud and the bass is really smooth. Mids and highs are clear. Of course these don't have a flat sound, but you should not be buying these to try to achieve a flat sound. Overall you should be really happy with this set of speakers. There is a input on the right speaker along with a headphone jack. I also really appreciate that there is a bass knob on the speaker instead of having to adjust it on the subwoofer.

These are powerful, clean sounding speakers. Very easy to connect and control. Good entry level price.

Just ordered and set up my second set of these. The first set I ordered back in 2013 and they ran strong with no issues for the decade I owned them. Finally, after years of use, the stress I put on the cables in my wiring finally caused them to short out a bit when messed with. After months of trying different setups and deliberating what direction to go, I finally decided to just get another set of these. The sound and quality is immense, and the price is just too good to pass up. Just got the new speakers set up and I can say that I made the right decision to get another set. I cannot recommend these speakers enough. The build quality, sound, form factor, and price are all superb. If you're on the fence about these, please trust the good reviews and get them. Unless you have very specific tastes or needs, such as an audiophile r highly specific use cases, these will certainly cover the 99% of use cases.

Bought this after my precious sound system died on me and what a great choise these were. The sound is clear and perfect for music, gaming or movies. At max volume it would vibrate stuff in the mext room over. Perfect purchase.

Crisp, clear sound without sounding tinny...great rich base that adds fullness to every note. Great value and quality.

These are nice PC speakers. Decent sound and the sub kicks pretty hard. A few minor complaints: subwoofer is pretty large. The cord from right speaker (with integrated controls) to the subwoofer is quite thick.
