not a reliable subwoofer

Overall, I like the sound, but next time I will buy a different set of speakers when this one goes. will not be recommended to buy Logitech - Z625 2.1 Speaker System not a reliable subwoofer

Amazing at this price...especially music

Used to own Klipsch ProMedias with their amp problems and this was by no means a downgrade!

The only options are both outdated, would love Bluetooth or HDMI connectivity over the old analog or fiber optic choice that is given.

Sound is clear and everything was great as expected from reading other reviews. Now the ugly. The wires are hard wired into the speakers. My left speaker wire is going out and there is no way to replace it easily. So, I'm stuck with a buzz from the left speaker. Note: included wires are cheap. They also gave my system a 1990's look, outdated design. I recommend spending your money on a different speaker system.

Garbage like Maroon V and Katy Perry plays all day long! Since I've had this system, I can't hear that stuff anymore!

I am on my second pair of these, and yet again, out of the box, one of the speakers has static from the mid range. There is potential for good quality, but when I open two boxes and immediately a speaker sounds as though its blown, it's just frustrating. I'm at the point of returning these and going to the Klipsch speakers. I know with that name there wont be a problem. The sound is actually decent from them. If only the mid range static wasn't an issue. It's super frustrating, and it detracts from what I am listening to. Like I said, there is potential for these to be great, but me opening two boxes and each having issues with the speakers is frustrating. They need to work when they are new.

Posted .Hello DoofusLemonius, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the Z625 Speaker System and your bad experience with the build and sound quality. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and taken under advisement. Might I suggest you adjust the volume on both the speakers (and subwoofer, if one is included with your system) and on your audio device. Make sure that the connection between your speakers (and subwoofer, if included) is secured properly and the cables and connectors are in good condition and free of damage and corrosion. If only one of your speakers sound distorted, it may be defective, or the cable or connector may be bad. Try connecting that speaker to the subwoofer using the other speaker’s connection to test it. The old version sounded SO much better, had more of a richer sound. I have to turn this one up really loud to get any quality sound and the sound is very airy, missing the richness of the old version. Not sure how I feel about this, since they are the same models! Apparently sound quality has gone down, and not only in this speaker, others sound terrible as well.

If you prefer something that'll get the job done this is it. For the price the overall quality is not bad considering what other options are available...
