Some things sound amazing on these, esp. the bass. I returned them because there was a buzzing noise coming from them. I tried 3 different sets and they all had the same thing. Maybe a bad batch or is Logitech cheating out on parts?

When they work, they sound good. Problem with them is they keep dropping one side. Disconnect and reconnecting seems to fix the issue for awhile. I would not recommend these to anyone that wants a reliable, no-hassle set of speakers.

Great speakers while they lasted. Unfortunately, the larger speaker stopped working after only four months.

Solid speaker system for computer system. Good bass response.

I purchased these to start upgrades for an upcoming new desktop computer. The Logitech speakers attached to the current computer were not working well, no left channel, but the sub and right channel worked well. I connected these to the computer, same connector on computer, and the left and right speakers worked great, but there was no sound from the sub. I checked the Windows sound settings, and the sub is not recognized. Tried other cable, even tried the digital cable, speakers worked each time but no sub. I exchanged the first set for another, maybe I just got a bad bean. Same issue on second pair.
Understand, I tried not only on one computer but on two computers. My main system is 8 years old, but the other computer is less than a year old. Neither the first set nor the second set of these speakers would have the sub recognized by the computer, nor was there any sound.
I contacted Logitech, they wanted me to do all the tests I'd done, then they wanted to send me a replacement. Less than 2 weeks old twice, and they want to send me a replacement set of refurbished speakers? Sorry, not like that.
I've always liked Logitech equipment, but it seems in the last couple years their quality has gone down. I had issues with another device from Logitech. Now I'm looking at alternatives. Unfortunately, Best Buy no longer carries the Klipsch computer speakers that were my alternative.
Extremely disappointed in these speakers and in the company.

I had a K-brand 2.1 and thought I was upgrading the sound with these but honestly they're very disappointing. Speaker sound is now where near as good as the other brand and the bass is ok. Distorts very easy at anything over half volume. Highs are harsh, the satellite speakers offer virtually no midbass. There are speakers out there that can replicate the bass from the sub. These are very overpriced.

These speakers did not have good volume output. The base was not loud at all, getting more voice than base. Mids and Highs were the only thing it produced.

Was all good sound was was fantastic then after about two months the subwoofer just stopped working... The speakers still work but now I got this big box under my computer that does nothing. Terrible product save your money...
Hello Desi! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Z625 2.1 Speaker System. This is a very high quality speaker system that should definitely last for a long time. What I'd recommend you (if you haven't done so already) is unplugging everything from the wall and from the device you are using your speaker with, re-connect everything, press the power button on the speaker, and try adjusting the volume and bass using the control knobs once again. If that doesn't work, note that you have a 1-year warranty on the product from Logitech, so might be worth checking the product page https://www.logitech.com/en-ca/product/powerful-thx-sound-z625 and contacting the Support on our website. - Mathieu from Logitech

I ordered an open box item.. was missing all the cords... had to buy my own.. other than that it sounds great.. but unfortunatly i had to wait for other stuff to show up to be able to use it.

Great, until a year later the base began to sound like crap. lol
