TERRIBLE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not sure if I received a faulty one, but this is the worse. If I use this as Bluetooth on my phone the sound quality is fine. When I use this for my computer it crackles and cuts out to where I can barely hear anything. It's worse when I'm on a Teams call and that is when it's 10x worse. I am not sure what's going on.

Great but prefer cups over sit on the ear headphon
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First these headphones are very good for calls, meetings and just about any everyday usage. Battery life is good to very good, the quick charge is handy to utilize and to have. The wireless connection is flawless and range is great and the ability to use that one connector to hook up my other compatible devices is a port saver! My only complaint is the ANC is not all that great and that I think is because of the on the ear cup as opposed to my other headphones that cup the whole ear. But still quality and durability wise, these are fantastic.

Comfortable with good sound quality
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is comfortable and has a great sound quality for both calls and music. I can wear the headset for hours without it bothering me or falling off my head. Setup was simple whether using the included dongle from Logitech or Bluetooth in Windows. I really like that this integrates into the same receivers as other Logitech Bluetooth products. Additionally, I absolutely love how the microphone mutes when flipped up, unmutes when flipped down, and there is an audio prompt in the headset to tell me whether the mic is muted or unmuted. This can really be helpful when taking a drink in a meeting. Just flip the mic up and it is off. No one hears the slurping of coffee. I tested the mic quality by talking to a few friends. They said the audio was crystal clear and there were no complaints on their end. With all of that being said, there are a few bugs that can hopefully be worked out. Windows has two audio profiles for Bluetooth headsets - "headphones" and "headset." Music usually goes through "headphones" and meeting audio goes through "headset." The mic only seems to work when Windows activates the headset profile. In basic online meetings, that is no big deal. However, I have some meetings where I need to present intense PowerPoint presentations that have audio. Normally, all of my audio is processed through a mixing program so I can combine my mic plus PowerPoint. To do that, I cannot use the headset profile. Additionally, I sometimes need to make recordings to narrate video segments. To do so, I need a microphone that works anytime I want, not just when the headset profile is running. For this problem, I am disappointed. Hopefully, Logitech can fix it. Their wired headsets work perfectly for my needs. The hope was this wireless headset would work just as nicely. For the average user who needs to conduct online meetings or attend classes, this headset works great and I would definitely recommend it. If the person has some more intense online presenting, such as teachers showing video clips and things like that, I would stick to a wired headset until this mic can work all of the time and not just when Windows activates the headset profile.

Logitech Zone 900 Wireless BT Over-Ear Headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received my Logitech Zone 900 Wireless Bluetooth Noise Canceling Over-Ear Headset last week and have been using them almost daily in the office and at home. Logitech has another winner on their hands. I actually love this headset a lot more than I thought I would as I've tested out other headsets for office calling, all of which left much to be desired. The style and build quality is nothing short of amazing and what we've come to love about Logitech and all of their products. Inside the box comes the headset, USB-A Receiver (Unifying Receiver), USB-C adapter, Charging Cable, a carrying pouch and user documentation. The headset is really easy to use. Simply press and hold the power button to turn it on and put it into pairing mode. Now whether you are using a desktop/laptop or mobile device you'll need to also put those devices in bluetooth pairing mode also. Once connected you are ready to receive and make calls (which this headset is mainly supposed to be used for). On the rim of the left ear cuff is the power/bluetooth pairing button, the ANC button (active noise canceling), and the USB-C charging port. On the outside of the left ear cuff you will find the volume buttons which are raised so you can feel them easily. Simply press the +/- button to increase or decrease your volume. In between the volume buttons is the answer/end call button. The mic is also on the left ear cuff and you just turn it downward to speak and raise it back up to put it in mute mode. Logitech also recommends you download the Logitech Tune app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for your device. In my experience with the app, I was able to download the app just fine. However, my iPhone automatically connected the headset via bluetooth by going into the settings, but it refused to connect to bluetooth via the app. Not sure what the issue was but I could not test the app like I wanted to. I will try and test out the app again at a later time. Call quality was pretty darn good. Others noticed the clarity and asked if I was using a new headset. They also could hear everything around me which reminded to turn on the ANC to block out the background noise. Pretty good headset and it can be used for gaming as well.

Fell short, didn’t work as advertised.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not great. Immediately returned. Not sure if there was a bad switch but flipping the boom mic up said it muted the mic. It did not, my coworkers got to hear my kid complain about her working conditions. Noise cancelling does not work. Jabra 75t is the king of noise cancelling mics.

Posted .Hello OU812,
I am sorry that Zone 900 did not work as you expected. The Zone 900 is designed to mute flipping the mic boom up, but it needs to be parallel with the headband. Also, I recommend always checking the mic source on your app to avoid inconvenience. I will pass on your review for revision. Logitech appreciates your product review. - Leo from Logitech

Lightweight with Good Noise Cancellation
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Key Features Active Noise Cancellation for Mic Wireless Qi Charging Option Logitech Unifying Remote CONNECTIONS and FEATURES The headphones are compatible with Bluetooth or with the Logitech USB Unifying remote. As the remote receiver is USB-A, Logitech does include a USB-A to USB-C dongle to adapt the receiver to virtually any device. The Logitech Unifying receiver is a nice piece of hardware. The receiver allows you to connect to 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time. I think it is a great feature as it allows for one less USB port to be tied up. The headphone’s button selections are minimal, and that is a good thing. A multi-function, programmable button on one ear cup surrounded by the volume buttons, a power button, and the noise cancelling button. That is about it. Less is more. Controls are simple and intuitive and best of all; Logitech has enabled verbal feedback when you select a function. I think that is a must-have feature on all headphones. There are no chimes or cutesy jingles when you select an option. The headphones confirm you button push with clear verbal feedback. EXCELLENT! LOGITECH LOGI-TUNE The Logitech Logi-Tune software installed and configured my headphones without issue on my Windows 10 PC. The software is simple and intuitive, with little learning curve required. Logitech deserves to be commended on its hassle-free installation and ease of use built into its Logi-Tune app. The Logi-Tune software adjusts the numerous parameters of the headphones. Items such as the EQ, amount of noise cancellation, volume, etc are all easily accessible and changeable from the app. Well done Logitech. USE The headphones are lightweight and have a nice, quality feel to them. The ear pads are soft and conform to the ear, helping seal out ambient noise. As opposed to numerous other headsets, the pads rest on the ear, instead of being oversized and enclosing the entire lobe. Voices are clear and intelligible. The Active Noise Cancellation on the mic seems to do an excellent job at filtering out unwanted background noise. The ability to adjust the amount of audio processing via the Logi-Tune app is a welcome feature and keeps the speaker from sounding fake or unnatural. I really like that Logitech has included the ability to charge the headphones wirelessly. While you can still charge them from the USB-C connector, the addition is wireless Qi charging is great. I just wish at this price point, Logitech would have included a wireless Qi charging pad with the headphones. NEGATIVES The headphones have an extremely limited target audience, as they are geared entirely toward the business user. They have a limited frequency response of 30Hz – 13000Hz. This makes them suited for voice conversations or podcasts, but really limits their enjoyment when used to listen to background music (as I like to do while working) or even videos. For fun, I tried them out on games (way out of their intended purpose) and they are not a good, quality gaming headset. I will not consider this a negative on their overall verdict, as I tested them at a job at which they were not intended. But, I thought I would at least give it a try. CONCLUSIONS These headphones are intended to be used strictly in a business environment, i.e., conference calls, Zoom meetings, Teams, etc. If you are expecting them to be able to serve multiple purposes, you will be disappointed. Voice clarity is excellent, and the noise cancellation works well. The problem with the headphones is that I have numerous others to compare them too. I have headphones from Beats, Adidas, Sony, Jabra, etc. Had I not had something to compare the Logitech’s to, I would probably rate them higher. But, I have numerous headphones that not only work great on business calls, chats, Teams meetings, etc., but also work excellent at music, movies, and games. For me, a good set of headphones should have the ability to fill many roles. This one does not. It does one thing and really one thing only. To be fair, it does its intended purpose well. However, my headphones from other manufacturers do just as good a job as these Logitech’s, but also sound great with music, movies, and games. Some of those great sounding headphones I have, even cost less than the Zone 900’s.

Great office headset!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking for an all-in-one headset for phone calls, video calls, and music-playing, you can’t go wrong with the Logitech - Zone 900 Wireless Bluetooth Noise Canceling Over-Ear Headset. I really like how the headset gives you the flexibility to connect via the included Logitech unifying receiver dongle as well as Bluetooth. It is awesome being able to connect to my cell phone and listen to music in-between calls at work. We use RingCentral at my office and I used to use an actual desk phone but now with this headset, I connect directly to the soft phone app I always have running on my PC and answer calls that way. Call quality is great and the sound quality for music is pretty good considering the headset is more of an on-ear headset as opposed to over-the-ear headphones. I also really like the noise-canceling feature which, although it is not as good as true noise-canceling over-the-ear headphones, works just right and hits the sweet spot for an office setting. Overall, the Logitech - Zone 900 Wireless Bluetooth Noise Canceling Over-Ear Headset is a great office environment headset and I highly recommend it!

Nearly perfect but frustrating sound quality
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TL;dr: The Logitech Zone 900 Wireless is very nearly the perfect headset for office use - undone a bit by limitations with the audio quality in voice chat applications. Out of box experience: The Zone 900 comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, a wireless dongle that supports audio for the headset as well as up to 6 Logitech Unifying accessories, a USB-C charging cable, a small carry bag (with a tiny pouch for the dongle!), and of course the headset. Pairing was super easy using standard bluetooth pairing on both my Galaxy Note 20 as well as the bluetooth adapter built into my laptop. Logitech also offers the Logi Tune app for Windows (which is actually available in an enterprise deployment ready MSI - props for that) as well as Android. Unfortunately, the Zone 900 doesn't appear to be added to the Logi Tune app for android as it was not detected by my phone and wouldn't go all the way into the app. Perhaps the app will be updated by the time the Zone 900 is more widely available. I really liked the "flip up mic to mute" feature as well as the ability to launch teams from a button press. Usage: The Zone 900 is extremely comfortable and does a great job with active noise canceling especially for an on-ear headphone. The Zone 900 does not have ear cups that seal all the way around your ear - rather, incredibly soft and pillowy ear cushions sit on your ears and do a moderate job at passive noise reduction. The Active Noice Canceling is SUPERB, however, and I found the Zone 900 to be perfectly suited to my office environment with the constant chatter of people on the phone and white noise generators. I'm still able to easily hear someone speaking to me while still filtering out the constant drone of the surrounding office. The dongle was recognized as a digital headset by my Poly 450 desk phone (which lacks bluetooth) so the Zone 900 gets another huge plus there. Sound quality: This is where things kinda go off the rails and make this a tough product to review. If you review the Zone 900 as a consumer headset, it has pretty good audio quality for media use such as listening to streaming music. I found the default EQ (there are 5 presets) sounded great. Microphone quality was excellent, sounding at least as good as the best gaming headset I own. However, when using in meetings or voice chats, even with the USB dongle instead of standard bluetooth, the Zone 900 ends up having very tinny and compressed audio. My mic still sounded great to my meeting co-sufferers, but the audio of my counterparts coming through my headphones just sounded overly compressed. Using the dongle seemed to be a tiny bit worse quality than starndard bluetooth, but neither were what I would call great. It certainly is not a deal breaker, and honestly the fact that the dongle instantly pairs it to your PC (or desk phone) makes the Zone 900 my go to for work use going forward.

A Most Excellent Headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Logitech Zone 900 wireless headset is an excellent device of this kind at this price point. For my Logitech has always been a go to for headsets and computer speakers and this one meets the high standards I have for the company and its products. It's not at all heavy and the overall build quality is above average. Pairing with multiple devices has been easy peasy with decent sound quality and from what people have told me on calls, above average mic quality. A full charge has been lasting me well throughout a full day. While designed for calls and such the sound quality for music has surprised me as well. It's much better than I expected it to be for music consumption. It won't be replacing my B&O headphones but in a pinch it more than suffices. My one and only complaint is the shortness of the included charging cable. In my opinion it should have been a couple of feet longer but it's not a deal breaker for me. Over all another outstanding Logitech headset!

Great headset for office & personal work
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TL;DR: Great headset with true multipoint connectivity essential for WFH or WFO scenarios. Get it if you don't mind the price. I've been using the Zone 900 headset in the office for about 10 days for work purposes and in that time, I've attended various Zoom & Teams meetings online. The headset has performed flawlessly, and people report the sound quality is great. I previously was relying on my webcam mic, which of course picks up a lot of ambient noise, and so I was forced to constantly mute/unmute myself in the software. With the headset, the noise cancelling mic does a great job of not picking up background noise, and even if it is noisy or I want to have a separate conversation, it's a simple flip up/flip down or button push on the boom mic to mute. The earpiece's volume controls work great with both Windows and my android phone to control volume. The qi-charging is a nice convenience, however a charger is not included, and to charge you have to fold up the headset and carefully balance the earpieces on top of each other. There's also cable-based charging which works as expected. The only areas that could be improved are the active noise cancellation and sound quality. The ANC works, but the on-ear design of the headset reduces the ANC impact (compared to an over-ear or earphone type design). The sound quality is ok; the Logi Tune app does help somewhat, but the headset is clearly designed for business use, not for audiophile music listening. The MSRP clearly puts this into the premium headset segment, for which I would have expected over-ear ANC and improved sound quality for all uses. Overall, this is a great, full-featured headset with a premium price to match. From a value perspective, there are better choices, but get it if you don't mind the price, or it's on sale.
