    Great new headphone experience...

I really like these headphones. One can tell that Logi put a lot of effort into the design and what makes them great. The first thing I would say that these are great if you are working from home and need both quality and function. They are comfortable to wear for hours on end. The sound quality makes them great for music and calls. I would say these have the longest range using the new dongle of all wireless headphones I have ever tested. They literally work around my entire home in and out of rooms. I have another expensive pair of wireless headphones which are supposed to be one of the best and the wireless range is only about 15 feet if it is line of sight. The only real issues I found with these are that the batteries only last about 6 - 8 hours. Basically you need to place them on the charger at the end of each day to avoid not having them for the next days work. The other issue I had was that these do not block ambient noises from being heard even with the ANC enabled and because the ears pads sit on your ears they don't neccessarily keep all the sound in either. So I could not use these in the office because the person at the desk next to me would hear everything beig listened to. For an office experience I think it would great if they were over the ear and the battery would last about 2 - 3 hours longer for those long days in front of the screen. But if you are working from home or alone, these are perfect.

these were not to bad on the ears. they dont cup the ear but sit on it. the sound is ok for voices. movies are ok with them. the mic works great. love that you can push it up and it mutes. i love that it also came with a cord and even a usb to a usb c adaptor. it comes with a nice soft case that the headphones fold up and fit easily into. i rather have a hard case myself though as i feel a soft cloth style case wont protect if something falls on it. why a 3 star. i feel compared to other headsets these are pricy for what you get and for the quality. i wish the mic was able to be pulled apart are hidden. they are just ok to me overall. but not to bad if you rather have a on ear headset compared to a headset that cups your ears.

My voice is pretty deep, and with many headsets I don't come across clearly. The Logitech picks up my voice clearly and sounds, if not completely natural, like a reasonable facsimile of natural. The headset includes noise cancellation for both the speaker and the listener, and both work quite well. I was aware of my surroundings, but they didn't intrude on conversations. People at the other end barely heard our barking puppy. Charging is simple with a Qi pad, and the unit folds (reasonably) compactly to sit on the charger. I can wear the headset for hours with no discomfort or fatigue, so kudos on the ergonomics as well. My only complaint is that this is a large, over the head unit with a boom mic, so it looks pretty geeky. If I'm on a long call without video. this is my preferred unit. If I need to be on screen, then I really need something that is less intrusive. Overall, it's a headset that I'm really happy with. Now, Logitech, I challenge you to put this technology into an earbud form factor. That would really impress me.

    Must have for home/office work

With the world in a pandemic it has caused a lot of changes to the way people work. In the start I was working mostly from home but now I will be working a hybrid style meaning I work partially at home and partially in the office. I was using a standard wired headset but I have been on the search for a while for a better wireless solution. All of the options I have tried have not worked out either due to poor microphone quality or overall not comfortable for long hours. I think this headset is what I have been looking for all along and it is overall a great option. I will start of talking about sound quality and the microphone. This headset offers active noise cancelling and it is works perfectly. Especially when working in the office and there is other people around the noise cancellation is a great thing to have because you can drown out all the noise around you and better focus on what you are listening to. I was overly impressed with the sound quality. Listening to music or videos sounds extremely amazing with ultra crisps and realistic sounds. There are many headsets that might offer comparable sound but one thing a lot of others lack is in the microphone quality. I do a lot of calls where it is important for people to be able to understand me. So far in all of my testing and asking others how I sounded, the results were great. The Microphone also did a great job of not picking up a lot of background noise. The next thing is the design. These are a wireless headset which is also one of my favorite things. Before with my wired headset I could not get up during my meetings because I was tied to my computer. The battery life was extremely impressive as well and they last plenty of time. They can easily be charged via USB-C or QI wireless charging. One downfall is they are a little larger than I expected but I wore them for hours at a time and they do not feel as large when they are on your head. There are only a few buttons on the headset and one of my complaints was that the pairing button and the power button are the same. There were several times I tried to turn them off but held the button just a second to long and placed them into pairing mode instead. One nice feature is that the Microphone can go either way so you can wear it on the right or left and when placed in the up position it automatically mutes. The last thing I would like to talk about is connection. These offers two connections, Bluetooth and USB dongle. I found this to be very useful because I was able to connect it to my phone via Bluetooth and my computer using the USB dongle. To my surprise it actually switched between the two seamlessly. The only thing I was not able to do was connect more than one Bluetooth device at a time. However, it was very simple to switch between Bluetooth devices as well. There is an App for pairing which allows you to do even more customization but at the time of this review I was not able to get the app to work and connect to the headphones. Overall, these are my go to for a work headset. I would highly recommend these to anyone who works in an office or from home. They offer the best sound quality and microphone quality so that you can have the best experience during meetings and calls.

So overall this is a good head set. Comes with all the options to get it connected to the computer. With a dedicated dongle, or using the native blue tooth. Light weight, have worn for hours at a time, with no issues on the neck or head. Battery is long lasting, I can go two typical work days without charging. Uses the updated USB-C interface for a charge. Nice feature is when you power it on, gives you an estimate life left on the battery. The mic is small, so doesn't get into your visual direction, but also can't get it close to your mouth for those "I can't hear you moments". You can lift it up to mute, or you can hit the very tiny button on the arm to mute it. But what is missing, is a visual indicator that you are muted or not muted. That does come in handy when on calls the entire day. I like that the ear pieces are connected by a cloth external wire, and not hidden in side the physical head Gera. that leads less chance fo them to get pinched or broken. My other negative, is that I don't like the "hear your self" in the headset. What I say, there is the slight echo in the headset. Nothing I have tried has gotten rid of it. I have gotten used to it, but you can audible hear it. Pairing takes a bit longer then some of my other headsets... but we are talking just a few seconds longer, nothing terrible. It comes into play, when I get that unexpected Teams call, after I have shut the headset down. Overall... not a bad option, especially if you have multiple systems that you want to connect it with... and need the dongles... and the long lasting battery.

These Won over Plantronics Voyager Focus

I use a Mac. I unfortunately don't personally like using Macs, but just started with a new company and it's their computer of choice. Originally had the Plantronics Voyager Focus and ended up returning them because they kept disconnecting and connecting randomly. They also dont translate between different apps. Would work fine with one app, then when calling from another application they'd unpair. This headset was a little more expensive, but People i speak with say they can hear me more clearly with these. They switch between applications with no issues. Does the job. Im happy with this choice.

This is the 3rd replacement. Keeping it, I need it for work, The range is good, not as good as my old Plantronics that finally fell apart after 4 years of daily wear .

I was so tired of the mic not working and having to reconnect and reboot at various times. So frustrating when you hold up a zoom meeting because your headset is acting up again. They ended up getting smashed onto the floor.

The mic is very mumbled. I use the headset for 12 hours a night as a call center rep. I have to almost yell for anyone to hear me. Also i cannot answer the phone by the buttom on the headset. But i can at least move around some without wires.
